2025 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed twice during his first outdoor season with the Vols
- Part of UT's runner-up quartet in the 4x400-meter relay at the Tennessee Invite (4/5) with a time of 3:11.50
- Opened the outdoor season at the USF Alumni Invitational (3/22), finishing fifth in the 400m (46.74) and third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:07.42)
- Saw action at six meets in his debut indoor campaign on Rocky Top and earned All-SEC honors in the 4x400-meter relay
- Helped the Vols win bronze in the 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Championships (3/1), placing third with a season-best time of 3:05.16
- Set his indoor 400-meter PR in prelims at the SEC Championships (2/28) with a mark of 46.80 that ranked seventh in school history
- Finished third in the 4x400m relay at 3:05.16 at the SEC Indoor Championships (3/1)
- Took home first in the 4x400m at the East Coast Invite (2/8), with season best of 3:07.53
- Captured second in the 400m at the East Coast Invite (2/8), with a time of 47.38
- Finished the 300-meter with a No. 6 rank on the Tennessee all-time top-10 list, clocking in at 33.22 at the Orange & Purple Invite (1/25)
2024 TRACK & FIELD
- Did not compete during the 2023-24 indoor and outdoor seasons and earned a redshirt
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Spent the first two years of his collegiate career competing at Iowa Western Community College where he was a six-time NJCAA All-American
- Rounded his JUCO tenure placing eighth in the 400-meter final at the 2023 NJCAA Championships with a personal-best time of 46.02
- Helped IWCC finish fifth in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2023 NJCAA Indoor Championships
- Two-time All-America recipient at the 2022 NJCAA Outdoor Championships as a true freshman, placing sixth in the 400m (49.11) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:14.27)
- Earned two top-eight finishes at the 2022 NJCAA Indoor Championships, placing eighth in the 600m (1:21.70) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:12.94)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Midstate sprint prospect who competed for Antioch (Tenn.) High School, less than 20 miles south of downtown Nashville
- Set high school PRs in the 100-meter (10.85) and 200-meter (21.74) at the 2021 AAU Region 6 Qualifier meet in Knoxville
- Qualified for the 2019 New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the 400-meter after posting a personal-best 48.63 during the TSSAA postseason
