In the summer of 2021, Tennessee transformed its ticket sales and service approach with a unified strategy between Ticket Sales and the Tennessee Fund. The goal is to connect with the enormous and passionate Tennessee fanbase while gaining a better understanding to provide the best fan experience in college athletics.
Housed on campus in the Brenda Lawson Athletic Center, the Ticket Sales team works in conjunction with the Tennessee Fund office to provide exemplary customer service and create relationships with Volunteer fans across the world.
