Outdoor- Ran five races during his first outdoor season with the Vols, including an appearance at the NCAA Championships (6/10) in the 10k
- Finished 21st nationally in the 10,000-meter at the NCAA Championships (6/10), turning in a time of 28:47.20
- Qualified for nationals after a fifth-place finish in the 10k at the NCAA East Prelims (5/27) where he clocked 28:51.04
- Broke Tennessee's outdoor school record in the 5,000-meter at the SEC Championships (5/16), finishing 8th overall in 13:35.30
- Set his 10k PR of 28:27.95 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/16), placing 14th at the meet and ranking third in school history
- Opened the outdoor season with a third-place finish over 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (3/26), clocking a time of 13:36.94
- Saw action at three meets during his sophomore indoor season
- Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter at the SEC Championships (2/28) after turning in a lifetime-best 7:49.12 that ranked third in school history
- Clocked his indoor 5k PR of 13:34.75 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31) where he finished third overall

2025 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed four times during his first cross country season on Rocky Top
- Individual national qualifier who finished 78th at the NCAA Championships (11/22) with a time of 29:29.9
- Earned All-Region honors and punched his individual ticket to nationals with a seventh-place outing at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/14), turning in a 10k time of 29:33.5
- Part of Tennessee's scoring lineup at the SEC Championships (10/31) with a time of 24:23.0, placing 42nd overall
- Made his UT debut at the Tennessee XC Invitational (8/29) and earned a commanding individual victory in 19:18.3 over the four-mile course
2025 TRACK & FIELD (Texas Tech)
Outdoor- Competed three times during his freshman outdoor season with the Red Raiders
- Finished 13th in the men's 5,000-meter at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (5/17) with a time of 13:50.11
- Placed third in the 5k with a time of 14:19.90 at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shooutout (5/1)
- Made outdoor track collegiate debut at the Payton Jordan Invitational (4/25) and posted a time of 14:05.79 to finish 20th in the 5,000-meter
- Made lone appearance of the 2025 indoor campaign at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/15), logging a time of 8:00.99 in the 3,000-meter
2024 CROSS COUNTRY (Cal Baptist)
- Earned All-America and All-Region honors as a true freshman competing for California Baptist University during the 2024 cross country season
- Competed at seven meets for the Lancers and was tabbed the 2024 WAC Men's Freshman of the Year after a strong debut campaign
- Capped his first collegiate XC season with a 26th-place finish at the NCAA Championships (11/23) with a time of 29:18.8, helping CBU finish 13th in the team standings
- Took home All-Region honors after a 12th-place showing at the 2024 NCAA West Region Championships (11/15), turning in a personal-best 10k time of 29:18.2
- Finished third overall at the 2024 WAC Cross Country Championships (11/1) with a time of 23:20.0 over the 8k course
- Posted his fastest 8k of the season at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/4) with a time of 22:45.8, placing sixth overall
