2026 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Clocked a 5k lifetime-best of 13:36.14 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31), placing fifth and ranking third in UT history
- Opened his sophomore indoor season running a PR in the 3,000-meter at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/16), placing second with a time of 7:52.17 that ranks third in school history
2025 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran his first collegiate 10k at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/14) and placed 29th with a time of 30:25.6, helping the Vols finish fourth in the team standings
- Led UT with a 25th-place finish at the SEC Championships (10/31), completing the 8k course at Cherokee Farms in 24:04.7
- Ran a season-best 8k of 23:50.2 at the Pre-National Invitational (10/17), leading the Vols with a 27th-place individual finish
- Was the second Vol across the finish line at the Gans Creek Classic (9/26) where he finished 110th overall in 23:53.5
- Made his Volunteer debut at the Tennessee XC Invitational (8/29), placing second in the men's four-mile race with a time of 19:33.65
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Competed his freshman season at the University of Colorado before joining the Vols in the fall of 2025
- Set his 5,000m PR of 13:38.90 at the 2025 Raleigh Relays, placing 16th overall and setting the fastest mark by an American true freshman during the 2025 outdoor season
- Established his indoor mile (4:03.64) and 3k (8:00.17) PRs while competing at Boston University meets during the 2025 indoor season
- Competed twice during the 2024 cross country season and finished 40th at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 23:45.4 over the 6k course
HIGH SCHOOL
- Competed for Cold Springs High School and finished his career as one of the most decorated distance athletes in Alabama history
- Tabbed the 2023-24 Gatorade Player of the Year for cross country his senior season
- First four-time cross country state champion in Alabama history
- Seventeen-time AHSAA State Champion on the track, winning multiple titles in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m
- Earned All-America honors in the 1,500m, mile, 3,000m and 2-mile at the 2024 Nike Indoor Nationals
- Became the first Alabama athlete to qualify for Nike Cross Nationals in 2023, where he finished 47th overall

- Favorite hobbies outside running include fishing and being outdoors on the lake
- Why Tennessee: "I love Knoxville, it has everything I need to be the best athlete I can be. A little bit of city, country, mountains and lakes."
