Outdoor- Competed unattached during his freshman season with the Vols
- Logged his outdoor and overall 3,000-meter PR at the Cork City Sports (7/8) meeting with an eighth-place finish in 8:02.73
- Placed first at the Irish U20 Championships (7/5) in the 1,500-meter final
- Shattered his outdoor 5,000-meter personal best at the Raleigh Relays (3/26), clocking in at 14:07.19 while running unattached
- Competed unattached and set his indoor 3k PR at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31) with a time of 8:04.81
2025 CROSS COUNTRY
- Represented Ireland at the World Athletics U20 Cross Country Championships where he placed 28th in 26:03
- Finished 10th overall at the 31st SPAR European Cross Country Championships in the U20 5,000-meter race
- Ran unattached and finished sixth with a time of 19:49.35 in the men's four-mile at the Tennessee XC Invitational (8/29)
HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL
- Posted a 5k PR of 14:13.41 at the 2025 IFAM Outdoor meet in Brussels, Belgium
- Established his 3,000-meter personal best of 8:08.13 at the Belfast Irish Milers Meet in May 2025, placing fourth in the final
- Set a 1,500-meter PR with his time of 3:48.09 at the Irish Milers Club meeting on May 3, 2025, taking third overall
- Represented Ireland at the 2024 SPAR European U20 Cross Country Championships, placing 28th out of 94 runners with a time of 14:34
- Took fourth place at the 2024 European U18 Championships in the 3,000-meter with a mark of 8:18.12
