Outdoor- Part of the team that claimed the first SEC title in the 4x100-meter relay since 1984, finishing the event in 42.42, at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/12)
- Ran in the 4x400-meter relay at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/30), finishing fifth and tallying a 3:37.96
- Assisted in the 4x100-meter relay to secure the fastest time in Lady Vol history, clocking in a 42.98, which was good for second, at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/30)
- Recorded a seventh place finish in the 200-meter dash at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/29) with a 23.36
- Helped to secure sixth place for the Lady Vols in the 4x400-meter relay at the UCF Black & Gold Invite, finishing in 3:43.17
- Aided the Lady Vols to claim first in the 4x100-meter relay at the UCF Black & Gold Invite (3/16), crossing the finish in 43.45
- Opened her 2024 outdoor season by winning in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.56 at the UCF Black & Gold Invite (3/16)

Outdoor- Ran at seven meets for the Lady Vols
- Garnered USTFCCCA First Team All-America accolades with an eighth-place finish in the 200-meter at 22.80 seconds (6/11)
- Placed ninth in the 100-meter at NCAAs in 11.29 seconds, earning USTFCCCA Second Team All-America (6/11)
- Finished second in her heat and fifth overall in the East region in the women's 100-meter in a season-best 11.24 seconds to clinch a spot in Eugene for the NCAA championships (5/28)
- Punched her ticket to Eugene in the women's 200-meter, crossing the finish line in 23.01 (5/28)
- Scored nine points on the final day of the SEC Championships (5/14), placing fourth in the women's 100-meter (11.31) and fifth in the 200-meter (23.20)
- At the LSU Invitational (4/30), ran a lifetime-best 23.09 in the 200-meter

- Punched her ticket to the NCAA Championships in the 100-meter, grabbing the last timed qualifying spot with a time of 11.27 at the East Prelims (5/29)
- Ran an outdoor personal-best time of 23.47 in the 200-meter to advance to the NCAA quarterfinal round at the East Prelims (5/27)
- Took 5th place in her SEC Outdoor Championship debut in the 100-meter, clocking a wind-aided 11.25 in College Station (5/15)
- Set the Antigua and Barbuda national record and Lady Vol freshman record in the 100-meter, running 11.19 for first place at the Tennessee Challenge (5/1)
- Ran the second leg on Tennessee's season-best 4x100-meter relay at the Tennessee Challenge (5/1), whose time of 43.59 ranked No. 6 in the country at the time of the mark
- Competed at six indoor meets for the Lady Vols
- Finished sixth at her NCAA Championships (3/13) debut, posting a time of 7.23 in the 60-meter and becoming the first Lady Vol to score in the event since 2008
- Became the first Lady Vol to ever win an indoor 60-meter conference title at the SEC Championships (2/27), tying the all-time program record with a time of 7.15 and recording the No. 1 mark in the world by any female athlete under 20 years old

- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
