Outdoor- Helped deliver Tennessee's first 4x400-meter SEC title since 1987, marking a time of 3:24.44, establishing a No. 5 mark on the world list for this year, and claiming UT's spot for the seventh-fastest school in NCAA history. (5/12)
- Finished off the Desert Heat Classic (4/28) by earning a new program record in the women's 4x400-meter turning in a time of 3:28.53
- Clocked a PR in the 400-meter hurdles at the Tom Jones Memorial (4/12), bringing in a time of 55.98 and placing third at the meet
- Secured a second-place finish in the 200-meter at the Tennessee Invite (4/5), with a time of 23.87
- Helped the Lady Vol 4x400 secure a second-place finish at the Battle on the Bayou (3/30), marking a time of 3:29.65, just .35 seconds off their season-best
Indoor
- Competed at six meets during the 2024 indoor campaign
- Ran the third leg on Tennessee's 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/9) and helped the Lady Vols finish fifth overall with a school-record time of 3:29.79
- Finished fourth in the women's 4x400-meter at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24), tracking a time of 3:29.94
- Earned a first-place finish in the women's 4x400-meter at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3) with a time of 3:31.19

Outdoor- Ran the 400-meter hurdles and was a part of a team that qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Prelims (5/25-5/27)
- Participated on a bronze medal winning 4x400 team and qualified for finals in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.94 at the SEC Championships (5/11)
- During the Tom Jones Memorial (4/14), set a new personal-best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.81
- Placed second in the 400mH at the Tennessee Invite (4/7) with a personal best time of 57.87
- Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdle prelims at the Texas Relays (3/30) with a time of 58.07
- Tallied a top-five finish in the 400-meter with a time of 54.33 at the Raleigh Relays (3/24)
- Saw action at four indoor meets for Tennessee
- Ran the second leg of the DMR at SEC Championships (2/24) and helped the Lady Vols finish 9th in 11:28.61
- Made season debut at Carolina Challenge (1/20), setting personal records in the 200m with a time of 24.37, leading to a first place finish, and in the 60mH at 8.54
2022 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed at eight outdoor meets for the Lady Vols
- Placed 24th in the 4x400-meter relay with Uchechi Nwogwugwu, Allison Rand and Mia O'Neil at 3:41.31 (6/9)
- Qualified for Eugene and NCAAs in the women's 4x400mR, posting a time of 3:34.86 with Uchechi Nwogwugwu, Allison Rand and Mia O'Neil (5/28)
- Ran a lifetime best 58.12 to finish seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the SEC Championships (5/14)
- Placed seventh on a team with Uchechi Nwogwugwu, Allison Rand and Mia O'Neil with a time of 3:36.63 in the 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Championships (5/14)
- Made her Tennessee debut at the Hokie Invitational, running in the women's 4x400-meter relay (1/22)
2021 Track & Field (at TCU)
Outdoor- Competed in seven meets for the Horned Frogs
- Ran in the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27-5/29)
- Placed fifth at the Big 12 Championships in the 400h with a time of 59.24
- Finished second and ran a personal-best time of 59.08 in the 400h at the Texas A&M Invitational
- Placed second in both the 400h and the 4x400 relay at the Baylor Invitational
- Ran a personal-best time of 56.20 in the 400m at the TCU Invitational
- Set a personal best in the 600-yard at the Big 12 Championships (2/26) with a time of 1:25.96
2020 Track & Field (at TCU)
Outdoor- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
- Ran at the Big 12 Championships in the 400-meter and was apart of a 4x400-meter team that placed fourth
- Tallied a top-ten finish in the 400-meter at the Red Raider Invitational (1/24), finishing with a time of 58.45
- Started the indoor season with a second place finish in the 4x400 relay accompanied by Banks, Wright, and Fields with a time of 3:42.30 at the Reveille Invitational at College Station, Texas (Dec 7).
