Indoor- Opened her season at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/15) and clocked a 3,000-meter PR of 9:16.95 that ranks ninth on the Lady Vol all-time list
2024 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran five races during her second cross country season with the Lady Vols, finishing as UT's top performer at all five meets
- Crossed the line 64th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (11/23), completing the 6k course in 20:20.1 to lead Tennessee to a 26th-place team finish
- Earned All-Region honors for the second year in a row with an 8th-place outing at the NCAA South Region Championships, clocking in at 20:12.6
- Led the Lady Vols to a second-place team finish at the SEC Championships (11/1), placing sixth individually with a mark of 19:14.4
- Toed the line at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (10/19) and finished 36th overall with a time of 20:06.2
- Made her season debut at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29), finishing fifth overall with a time of 20:00.6
2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Ran three races during the 2024 outdoor campaign, concluding her season with a 16th-place finish in the women's 5,000m at the SEC Championships (5/11) with a time of 16:27.21
- Clocked a lifetime-best outdoor 5k of 15:58.77 at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19), which ranks seventh in school history
- Competed in the women's 10,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/29) and clocked in at 33:34.96, setting a new PR that ranks seventh on Tennessee's all-time list
- Scored five points for the Lady Vols at her first SEC Indoor Championships (2/23), placing fourth in the 5k with an indoor PR of 16:01.80
- Her 5k time at the conference championships ranked No. 7 in Tennessee history indoors
- Also competed in the 3k at the SEC Championships (2/24), turning in a lifetime-best mark of 9:21.32 to place 9th
- Made her Tennessee track debut at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9) and clocked a time of 16:06.74 in the 5,000-meter
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Tennessee's top performer in her debut cross country season on Rocky Top, competing in five meets in the fall of 2023
- Led the Lady Vols to a sixth-place team finish nationally at the NCAA Championships (11/18), placing 42nd individually with a time of 20:07.1
- Helped UT capture the NCAA South Region title with a seventh-place finish in the women's 6k, clocking in at a personal-best 18:52.9
- Earned All-SEC second team honors with a 10th-place finish at the conference meet, completing the SEC Championship (10/27) course in 20:00.9
- Placed 12th at the XC23 Pre-Nationals with a time of 20:12.0 over the 6k course, placing 12th individually
- Made her Tennessee debut at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16) and finished second overall with a time of 20:47.7
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Spent the first three years of her collegiate career at High Point University, garnering All-Big South honors in track & field and cross country
- Scored 18 points at the 2022 Big South Outdoor Championships, winning the 5k title in 16:30.24 and placing second in the 10k with a time of 35:50.16
- Earned top-10 finishes in back-to-back years at the Big South Cross Country Championships, placing 9th in 2021 (18:06.7) and 4th in 2022 (17:35.0) in the women's 5k
- Won bronze in the indoor 5k at the 2022 Big South Indoor Championships, placing third in 17:03.19
