2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed in the 100H at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (4/13) with a time of 13.66
- Placed first in 100H with a time of 13.33 at the Tennessee Invite (4/6)
- Achieved a new personal record of 13.62 in the 100H at the LSU Battle on the Bayou
- Ran the 4x400m at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/30), placing fifth with a time of 3:37.96
- Placed third in the 4x100m with a time of 44.87 at the UCf Black and Gold Invite (3/16)
- Competed in the 4x400m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/16), placing fourth, with a time of 3:42.62
- Started off the outdoor season setting a new personal best time of 11.97 in the 100m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/16)

- Ran the 60mH at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24), recording a time of 8.34
- Competed in the 200-meter at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3) with a time of 24.40
- Captured a new personal best time of 24.12 in the 200-meter at the Ted Nelson Invite (1/20)

- Made her collegiate debut at the Gamecock Opener (1/13), placing fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:45.75 and third in the 60mH with a time of 8.44
HIGH SCHOOL
- Member of the Bullis School track & field squad in Potomac, Maryland
- Capped her high school career representing Team USA at the Pan American U20 Championships where she won gold in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.94
- Finished second at the 2023 USATF U20 Championships in the 100-meter hurdles with a PR time of 13.10, which ranked ninth in U.S. high school history
- Tabbed the 2022-23 Maryland Gatorade Girls Track & Field Player of the Year in July 2023
- Earned a runner-up finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2023 New Balance Outdoor Nationals with a time of 13.63
- Claimed the 2023 DMV Meet of Champions title in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 40.81
- Posted her outdoor 200-meter PR of 24.30 at the 2023 DMV Meet of Champions to place second overall
- Swept hurdle titles at the 2023 ISL Track & Field Championships, winning the 100m hurdles in 13.67 and the 300m hurdles in a personal-best 40.48 that ranked third in the U.S. during the the 2023 outdoor season
- Set her 400m hurdles PR at the 2023 Bullis Bulldog Invitational with a time of 58.17 which ranked fourth nationally
- Clocked in at 8.34 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Youngstown State HS meet in February 2023, ranking sixth in the country for the 2023 indoor season
- Traveled to New York City and competed at the 2023 Millrose Games where she turned in a time of 38.34 in the indoor 300-meter dash, ranking sixth nationally
- Ran a time of 7.84 in the 55-meter hurdles at The VA Showcase meet, which stood as the second-fastest time in the country during the 2023 indoor campaign
- Won bronze at the 2022 USATF U20 Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 58.61
- Claimed the 2022 New Balance Outdoor Nationals title in the 400-meter hurdles with her time of 58.27 and finished runner-up at the same meet in the 100-meter hurdles (13.69)
- Victorious in two events at the 2022 Maryland Private School Championships at the 400m hurdles and 100m hurdles
- Posted her 400-meter PR at Tennessee's Tom Black Track with a time of 56.31 at the 2022 Volunteer Track Classic
- As a sophomore, took second and third in the 100- and 400-meter hurdles at the 2021 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships
