- Clocked his new personal best of 46.17 in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays Meet (3/28)
- Clocked a time of 3:07.42 in the 4x400m relay quartet at the USF Alumni Invite (3/22)
- Clocked his new personal best of 3:07:53 in the 4x400m relay quartet at the East Coast Invitational (2/08)

2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships (6/8) with a time of 3:01.22, earning fifth place
- Placed sixth overall in the men's 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:02.64 and established the No. 2 performance in Tennessee history outdoors at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/12)
- Clocked a new PR in the men's 400-meter at the Desert Heat Classic (4/28), turning in a time of 46.24
- Kicked off the outdoor season by turning in a new college best in the 100-meter with a time of 10.48 and securing a first place finish in the men's 4x400-meter relay at the UCF Black and Gold Invitational (3/16)
- Saw action in seven meets in his debut indoor season with the Vols
- Ran the second leg on Tennessee's 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/9) that placed sixth with a time of 3:04.63
- Marked a new season best in the 400-meter, turning in a time of 46.63 at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/9) that ranked fifth in UT history
- Anchored a winning time of 3:04.30 in the 4x400-meter at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3), ranking second in school history
- Set a new PR in the indoor 400-meter at the New Mexico Classic (2/2), clocking a time of 46.78
- Posted a new indoor PR in the 200-meter with a time of 21.27 at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (1/27)
- Made his collegiate debut at the Gamecock Opener (1/13), finishing third in the 300-meter and seventh on the Vols' all-time list with a time of 33.50
HIGH SCHOOL
- Three-time All-American sprinter from High Point, North Carolina, who competed for Southwest Guilford High School
- Competed at the 2023 USATF U20 Championships and placed 7th in the 400-meter with a time of 48.19 after running 46.84 in prelims
- Ran a lifetime-best 46.75 to place fourth in the 400-meter at the 2023 New Balance Outdoor Nationals
- His 400-meter PR ranked first in North Carolina and 29th nationally during the 2023 outdoor season
- Took fourth at the NCHSAA 4A State Championship meet in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.63
- Clocked his outdoor 200-meter PR at the NCHSAA 4A Midwest Regional with a time of 21.08, ranking third in the stats
- Competed at the 2023 Nike Indoor Nationals in the 200m and 400m, qualifying for the final in both events and running a lifetime-best of 47.51 in the quarter-mile that placed third and ranked No. 11 nationally
- Placed second and third, respectively, in the 300m (35.07) and 500m (1:04.41) at the 2023 NCHSAA 4A Indoor State Championship meet
- Ranked first in North Carolina and top-10 nationally in the 300m (34.01) and 500m (1:03.80) with marks set at The VA Showcase in January 2023
- Finished runner-up at the 2021 outdoor state meet in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.71
- Competed at the 2021 AAU Indoor Nationals as a sophomore, picking up a third-place finish in the 400-meter and placing fifth in the 200-meter
