2025 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed at seven meets during his first outdoor season on Rocky Top
- Represented Great Britain at the European U23 Championships where he was a semifinalist in the 400-meter hurdles
- Rounded the collegiate season earning Second Team All-America status in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Championships (6/11), placing 16th with a time of 50.82
- Ran a lifetime-best of 49.87 in the 400-meter hurdles final at the SEC Championships (5/17), placing fourth overall
- Also a member of UT's 4x400-meter relay team that finished eighth at the SEC Championships (5/17) with a time of 3:05.33
- Won the Big Orange Invite (5/3) 400-meter hurdles competition with a time of 50.57
- In his first 400-meter hurdles race as a Volunteer, placed sixth with a time of 50.15 at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (4/18)
- Part of the winning 4x400-meter quartet at the Tennessee Invite (4/5) with a time of 3:09.02
- Opened his outdoor season with a pair of third-place finishes in the 400m (46.47) and 4x400m relay (3:07.42) at the USF Alumni Invitational (3/22)
- Saw action at four meets during his debut indoor campaign with the Vols
- Capped the indoor season helping UT earn a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Championships (3/1) with a season-best time of 3:05.16
- Set his indoor 400-meter PR of 46.84 in prelims at the SEC Championships (2/28)
- Helped the Vols win the 4x400-meter relay at the East Coast Invitational (2/8) with a time of 3:07.53
- In his Tennessee debut, finished fourth overall and set a 300-meter personal best of 33.61 at the Orange & Purple Invitational (1/24)
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Began his collegiate career competing for two seasons at Youngstown State
- Three-time individual Horizon League champion, six-time conference medalist and two-time NCAA East Prelims qualifier over the course of the 2023 and 2024 seasons
- Scored 20 points for his squad at the 2024 Horizon League Outdoor Championships, winning the title in the 400-meter hurdles and placing second in the 400-meter and 4x100-meter relay
- Claimed indoor 400-meter gold medal at the 2024 Horizon League Indoor Championships and helped YSU finish second in the 4x400-meter relay
- Finished third in the 200m in a personal best time of 21.68 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships
- Won his first conference title as a true freshman, placing first in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2023 Horizon League Outdoor Championships
HIGH SCHOOL
- Hails from Ilchester, England, and attended Millfield School in Somerset
- Competed for the Wells City Running Club in the 60- and 110-meter hurdles, long jump and decathlon as a U18 athlete
- Wone the 2022 Welsh Athletics Junior Championship in the long jump with a leap of 7.22 meters
- Finalist at the 2022 UK U20 Championships in the 110-meter hurdles, finishing fourth overall in 13.93
- Won the 60-meter hurdles title at the 2022 Indoor Welsh Junior Championships with a time of 8.17
- Fifth-place finisher in the decathlon at the 2021 ESAA English Schools Championships
- National runner-up at the 2021 England U20 Championships in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.16
