2018 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Clocked 53.03 and took third in the 400m at Clemson's Tiger Paw Invite (2/9)
- At Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26), took third in the 400m with time of 53.85
- Took 18th in the 60m (7.77) and sixth in the 200m (24.04) at the UAB Vulcan Invite (1/13)
- At Indiana-Tennessee Dual (1/6), won the 400m (54.83) and took third in the 60m (7.69)
- Made season debut at Hoosier Open (12/8), finishing 10th in the 60m (7.66) and third in the 300m (38.01)
- At the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/7), placed 13th in the 400m with a time of 52.59
- Registered a third place finish at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11) in the 400m, clocking in at 51.67
- Produced a first place finish in the 400m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/20) with a time of 53.50
2016 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Recorded a fifth place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 4x400 meter relay (3:31.17), running second leg
- Ran second leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed first at the SEC Indoor Championships (3:30.56)
- Placed sixth in the 200 meters (23.36) and fourth in the 400 meters (52.49) at the SEC Indoor Championships
- Won the 200 meters at the VT "Doc Hale" Elite Meet (23.40), and placed tenth in her only long jump of the season (5.55m)
- Opened the season with a win at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual in the 400 meters (54.00)
- Finished eighth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters (59.68)
- Competed in the 400 meters (6th, 52.15), 4x100mR (3rd, 43.71), and the 4x400mR (10th, 3:32.88) at the NCAA East Prelims
- Finished third in the 4x400mR (3:30.18) and fifth in the 4x100mR (44.21) at the SEC Outdoor Championships
- Placed second in the 400 meters (51.29) and seventh in the 200 meters (22.85) at the SEC Outdoor Championships
- Opened the season with a second place finish and then-PR of 23.01 in the 200 meters at the Pepsi Florida Relays
2015 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Recorded a sixth-place finish at the SEC Indoor Championships in the 400m (53.27) and also helped the 4x400m relay team place seventh (3:41.42)
- Competed in the long jump at the SEC Championships, finishing in 14th (5.90/19-4.25)
- Placed second in the 200 meters (24:31) at the Hokie Invitational. Also placed third in Long Jump with a distance of 5.82 meters
- Contributed to 4x400m relay team's first place finish with a time of three minutes and 45.9 seconds at Hokies Invitational.
- Helped the women's 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish (3:46.46) at the Auburn Invitational on Jan. 17
- Opened the season in the 500 meters at the Hoosier Open, placing second with a career-best time of of 1:13.19
- Placed first in the 400m at the Alabama Relays (53.72)
- Finished tenth in the 400 meter dash at the Florida Relays, recording a new personal record of 52.92
- Set a new personal record of 23.40 in the 200 meters at the Florida Relays
- Runner-up in the long jump at the Tennessee Relays, recording a mark of 19 feet, 6.75 inches (5.96)
- Ran the second leg for UT's winning 4x100-meter relay team at the Tennessee Relays (45.23)
2014 TRACK & FIELD
Honors- SEC Indoor All-Freshmen Team (March 7)
- Scored in 200m at SEC Indoors
- SEC scorer in 4x100m relay at Outdoor Championships
- SEC Outdoor Freshmen of the Week (April 15)
- Finished 13th nationally in 200m and 16th in 400m at NCAA Championship
- Scored in 200m with personal best 23.28 and broke UT freshman record in 400m with personal best of 52.65 at SEC Indoors
- Earned 15th in long jump at SEC Championships
- Established three indoor personal bests at Virginia Tech: Long Jump - 6.06m (2/22), 60m - 7.65 (1/18), and 500m 1:13.04 (1/18)
- First collegiate event victory also came in here home state of Virginia winning the long jump at VT on Jan. 18
- Earned three top-20 performances in first SEC Outdoor Championship: 10th - 400m (53.59), 17th - 200m (24.05) and 18th - long jump (5.68m)
- Member of Tennessee's 4x100m relay team that scored at SECs, finishing 7th in 45.24 seconds
- Runner on two first place relay teams: 4x100 (TN Relays) & 4x400 (TN Challenge)
- Won the 200m at Tennessee Challenge (5/3) and Tennessee Relays (4/12)
- Personal best in long jump at Tennessee Relays jumping 6.09 meters
- 200m personal best of 23.58 and 400m best of 53.12 came at the Florida Relays
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Four year letterman and two year captain of indoor track team winning three consecutive district and two region championships
- Captain (2 yrs) and varsity lettermen (4 yrs) in outdoor track team winning back-to-back district and region championships
- Scored 44 points in state meet
- Two-time All-State in pole vault
- All-Met Athlete of the Year 2012
