- Running first 600m of college career at Bob Pollock Invitational (1/27), took third in 1:20.91
- In first 800m for Tennessee, ran 1:56.94 and placed ninth at UAB Vulcan Invite (1/13)
- Took eighth in the 400m at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual (1/6) with time of 51.14
- Made UT debut at the Hoosier Open (12/8), clocking a 2:35.20 and finishing 13th in the 1000m
Outdoors
- In his first SEC Championship appearance, finished 22nd in the 800m with a time of 1:55.75
- Recorded a first place finish in the 800m at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 1:53.11

- Is an Eagle Scout (Boy Scouts of America)
- Biggest Sports Influence: "My dad. My dad has had a large presence in my athletic career from coaching my youth soccer and basketball teams to being my biggest supporter on the track. My dad also ran at Central Michigan in college and has been an instrumental mentor and supporter of me running for his alma mater."
