Indoor- Turned in his second PR of the season in the 5,000m at the SEC Championships (2/26), clocking in at 14:53.48
- Ran a new personal-best time of 14:56.25 in the 5,000m at the Music City Challenge (2/12)
- Earned his first career event victory at Clemson's Bob Pollock Meet (1/30), running a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:24.63
- In the first indoor 5K of his career, clocked in at 15:06.81 at the Commodore Indoor (1/15) to place fourth at the meet
2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY
- Finished 47th at the FSU Winter Classic (2/5), clocking in as the No. 2 finisher for the Vols with a time of 24:25.6
- Finished 16th at the UAB Blazer Classic (10/16) with a time of 24:07.48 over the eight-kilometer course
- Was the top finisher for the Tennessee men for the first time in his career at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (10/3), running a personal best 8K time of 24:05.1 to place seventh overall
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Opened his junior track season running the mile at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11), finishing 8th in 4:46.51
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran three meets for the Vols during his junior cross country season
- Clocked his fastest 8K of the year with a time of 25:31.6 at the SEC Championships (11/1)
- Opened his junior season with a 5th place finish at the Tennessee Tri-Star Cross Country Challenge (8/30) with a time of 21:29.70
2019 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Made his lone appearance of the season at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals, running 9:10.29 in the 3000m
2018 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed in first cross country season, running in five meets for the Vols
- Recorded three top-25 finishes: 14th in the 4 mile dual meet vs. Louisville (22:27.43), 20th in the 6K Auburn Invitational (19:08.79) and 23rd at the 8K Blazer Classic (25:21.30)
- Ran a career-best 8K of 24:16.33 at the SEC Championships (54th place)
2018 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Made UT debut at Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational (1/27), finishing 18th in the 3000m in 8:31.71
- Notched a 14th place finish in the 1500m at the Virginia Challenge (4/20) with a time of 3:59.40
- Competed in the 3000m at the USC Power 5 Challenge (3/23), finishing in seventh place with a mark of 8:46.80
HIGH SCHOOL
- PRs: 5K Cross Country - 15:53.0 | 800m - 2:03.33 | 3200m - 10:10.06
- Won the TSSAA A-AA cross country title in 2016
- Ran a PR 15:53.0 cross country 5K at the Jesse Owens Classic
- Was a former high-level swimmer at Knoxville Catholic
- As a junior, recorded a second place finish at the TSSAA A-AA East Sub-sectional with a personal record of 2:03.33
- Took ninth at the 2015 McCallie Mid-South Classic with time of 10:10.06
- Was also the 800m leg for the Distance Medley Relay team which finished in second place at the 2015 New Balance Nationals as his team posted a time of 10:20.93
