2017 TRACK & FIELD at KENNESAW STATE
Indoors
- Was ninth in the 5000m at the ASUN Championships with a time of 18:16.38
- Finished fourth in the 3K at the Mountaineer Open Indoor Meet with a time of 10:56.60
Outdoors
- Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the North Florida Invitational with a season-best time of 11:27.34.
- Took third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Emory Classic with a time of 11:35.80.
2016 CROSS COUNTRY at KENNESAW STATE
- Wrapped up the season competing at the NCAA South Regionals.
- Grabbed a 20th place finish at the ASUN Championships in 18:40.49
- Had her best finish of the year with a 12th place finish at the Upstate Invitational in 18:41.16
- Took home a 65th place finish in the Mountain Dew Invitational
- Opened the season with a 20th place finish at the UGA Invitational in 19:18.08
HIGH SCHOOL
- Freshman All-Atlantic Sun for cross country at Kennesaw State in 2016
- Won 2015 GHSA 6A Girls Cross Country team state championship at Mill Creek High School
- Record holder for the 800 meters and 4x1600 at Mill Creek
- Also played soccer at Mill Creek, earning 7-6A Second Team All-Region as a freshman and sophomore
- Played club Soccer at GSA on U17 ECNL team as a junior

- Alexandra Patricia Froh was born on April 12, 1998
- Daughter of Curtis and Kimberly Froh
- Has one younger sister - Hallie Froh
- Majoring in Recreation/Sport Management
- Biggest Sports Influence: "My uncle Kevin Stevens. My uncle played hockey for Boston College and later went on and played hockey in the NHL for the Pittsburgh Penguins."
- Hobbies include skiing, photography and volunteering in the community to help special needs children
