- Contributed to an 11th place finish for All-America honors in the distance medley relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/12), combining with teammates Alex Kay, Jonathan Sacoor and Alex Crigger for a time of 9:41.98
- Helped the Vols take third place in the distance medley relay at the SEC Championships (2/25), combining with teammates Alex Kay, Christopher Bailey, and Joe Hoots for a time of 9:36.41
- Turned in a personal best of 8:09.88 in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/13)
- Clocked in a time of 4:04.23 in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/12), taking more than four seconds off his personal-best time

- Notched his third consecutive top-25 SEC finish, placing 19th with a time of 24:34.5 at the conference championships (10/30)
- Turned in a 20th-place outing at the UAB Blazer Classic (10/16), clocking in at 24:22.86 on the 8K course
- Rounded out the top five for the Vols at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (10/3), finishing with a time of 24:31.1 for 22nd place
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Qualified for the SEC mile final for the second year in a row, clocking a season-best 4:12.13 in the prelims (2/28)
- Timed his career-best indoor 3000m (8:22.96) for 9th place at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15)
- Picked up the first victory of his indoor collegiate career in the 3,000m with a meet-record time of 8:30.88 at the Texas Tech Invite (2/1)
- Ran a season-best mile at the Virginia Tech Invite (1/17) with a mark of 4:13.43, placing 6th at the meet
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
- Paced the Vols at four meets during his junior cross country campaign
- Recorded a 26th place finish and received All-Region honors at the NCAA South Regional Championships (11/15), clocking a 10K PR with a time of 30:53.8
- Earned a 22nd place finish at the SEC Championships (11/1) to lead the Vols with a time of 23:35.4
- Placed 14th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with UT's fastest time of the meet at 24:07.3

2019 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Ran the fastest mile of his career at the SEC Championships (2/22), timing a mark of 4:08.37 for the third-fastest time in prelims
- Clocked a personal-best 8:23.07 in the 3000m at the Husky Classic (2/8)
- Made his season debut with a third-place finish in the mile at the UT-Indiana Duals (1/9), crossing the line in 4:15.26
Outdoor
- Finished 16th in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary Championships (5/25) with a time of 8:55.11
- Took the 3000m steeplechase title at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11) with a new personal-best time of 8:47.85
- Part of the DMR crew that took first in the Penn Relays (4/26) with a time of 9:47.79. The same team ran the 4x800 the next day of the meet and finished fourth (7:44.63)
- Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:01.46 at the Virginia Challenge (4/20)

- Competed in five races during his sophomore season, placing as Tennessee's third runner in four meets and the top Vol at the SEC championships
- Placed 15th overall at the SEC championships at Auburn in 23:22.82 (career-best 8K), good for the top spot in Tennessee's scoring and just one place away from All-SEC honors
- Finished 26th/3rd team at the NCAA South Regional in the 10K (32:14.1).

- Ran 4:14.74 and took 11th in first collegiate mile at Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26)
- Made collegiate track debut in Indiana-Tennessee Dual (1/6), finishing seventh in the 3000m in 8:33.50
Outdoor
- Tallied a trio of third-place finishes in the 3000mSC at the Tennessee Relays (9:27.80), National Relays (8:59.19) and SEC Outdoor Championships (8:59.04)
- Captured eighth place in the 1500m at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 3:54.11

- Ran in all six races of the season with two top 20 finishes
