Outdoor- Finished 11th at the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, throwing a mark of 17.40 meters (57-1) in the final
- Launched a mark of 17.79 meters (58-4.5) at the NCAA Championships (6/10) to place fifth and claim First Team All-America honors
- Qualified for outdoor nationals with a fourth-place outing at the NCAA East Prelims (5/27), throwing 17.49 meters (57-4.75)
- Shattered the Tennessee and SEC Championship meet records in the shot put with a sixth-round toss of 18.71 meters (61-4.75) to claim her third individual conference title (5/14)
- Achieved first place in the shot put at the Tennessee Challenge (5/1) with a mark of 16.95 meters (55-7.5)
- Placed first in the shot put at the Virginia Challenge (4/17) with her mark of 17.79 meters (58-4.5)
- Broke her own program record in the shot put at the Tennessee Relays (4/9), heaving a winning throw of 17.96 meters (58-11.25)
- Made her first outdoor appearance as a Lady Vol at the FSU Relays (3/25), recording an NCAA-leading mark of 17.73 meters (58-2)
- Earned Second Team All-America honors in her NCAA indoor nationals debut, placing 12th in the shot put with a throw of 16.28 meters (53-5)
- Claimed gold at the SEC Championships (2/27) in the shot put with a new school record and personal-best throw of 17.81 meters (58-3.75), becoming the first woman in UT history to win back-to-back indoor shot put titles and the No. 4 shot putter in the country on the 2020-21 NCAA indoor performance list
- Took first place in her eighth-straight meet at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/12), heaving a distance of 17.29 meters (56-8.75) in the shot put
- Was the top collegiate finisher in the shot put at the Hokie Invitational (1/23) and Bob Pollock Meet (1/30), recording respective marks of 16.18m and 15.67m
- Recorded her fifth consecutive victory in the shot put at the Commodore Indoor (1/16), launching the metal sphere 16.40 meters (53-9.75) in her season opener
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
- Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships (2/14) with her season-best shot put throw of 17.49 meters (57-4.75), ranking 7th in the country
- Took home the SEC shot put crown with a throw of 16.84 meters (55-3), becoming the fourth Lady Vol to ever win SEC indoor shot put gold (2/28)
- Extended her SEC lead in the women's shot put with a throw of 17.49m (57-4.75) to win the event at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14)
- Picked up her second consecutive shot put victory at the Texas Tech Invite (2/1), tossing a mark of 16.55m (54-3.75)
- Led the SEC with her shot put throw of 17.23m (56-6.5) at Virginia Tech, the No. 4 mark in school history (1/18)
- Made her Tennessee debut with a 16.68m (54-8.75) shot put performance at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11)
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Four-time junior college All-American shot put thrower for Barton County (Kan.) Community College
- Helped Barton CC to an indoor national championship in 2019
- 2018 NJCAA outdoor shot put national runner-up for Barton CC
- Competing for Centralia High School, was a two-time Illinois state champ in shot put
