2022 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- In his SEC Outdoor Championships debut, finished 10th in the men's 10,000m at 30:40.27 (5/12)
- Placed fourth with the Vols' 4x1,500-meter relay at the Tennessee Relays, running 16:05.87 (4/9)
- Ran the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/24), setting a personal-best time at 30:02.73
- In the 3,000m at indoor SECs, placed 28th while finishing in a lifetime-best 8:23.55 (2/26)
- Placed 10th in the men's 5,000m at the SEC Indoor Championships, running a PB 14:26.09 (2/25)
- Ran a lifetime-best 4:19.50 in the men's mile at the Hokie Invitational (1/21)
2021 CROSS COUNTRY
- Finished 73rd at the SEC Cross Country Championships at 25:34.0 (10/29)
- Went 25:01.7 at the North Alabama Showcase, setting a career-best time in the 8k (9/17)
2021 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Took fifth place in the 3,000m at the Tennessee Challenge (5/1), clocking in at 8:34.31
- Ran the 5,000m unattached at the Tennessee Relays (4/9), posting a time of 15:05.02
- Dropped nearly 20 seconds off his season-best 3,000m time at the Doc Hale Elite Meet (2/5) with a mark of 8:40.61
- Made his collegiate track debut at the Hokie Invitational (1/22), clocking a time of 9:00.02 in the 3,000m
2020 CROSS COUNTRY
- Made his Tennessee cross country debut at the Live in Lou XC Classic (10/3), running a time of 25:31.3 over 8,000 meters
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
- Two-time Regional XC Champion for Central Magnet HS in Murfreesboro
- DNJ All-Area Runner of the Year
- All-State performer in the indoor 3200m
- Finished high school with personal records of 4:27.67 in the 1600m and 9:14.90 in the 3200m
