Indoor- Appeared in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SEC Championships (5/12), finishing the event with a mark of 9:27.63
- Secured a sixth place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:16.48 at the Tennessee Invite (4/8)
- Opened the indoor season at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/21), setting a new personal best in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:24.10
2022 CROSS COUNTRY
- Raced to the finish line in 19:26.4 in the Hokie Open (11/4), good for 13th place
- Ran a time of 30:38.76 in the six-mile at the Florida State Tennessee Dual (9/16)
- Finished the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational (9/2) with a time of 21:00.90, finishing in eighth place

Outdoor- Set personal best in Men's 3000m with time of 8:33.43 (2/4)
2021 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Took 10 seconds off his steeplechase personal-best at the Clark Wood Open (4/24), placing eighth overall with a time of 9:28.82
- Finished third in the distance medley relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/10), combining with teammates Thomas Gardiner, Preston Ruth and Will Mazur for a time of 10:17.05
- Made his collegiate outdoor debut at the Tiger Track Classic (3/20), running a time of 8:42.87 in the 3,000-meter run
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor- Ran the first indoor 5,000m of his career to open his sophomore campaign at the Hokie Invitational (1/23), turning in a time of 15:47.85
2020 CROSS COUNTRY
- Suited up for the Vols on the cross country course for the first time in his career at the UAB Blazer Classic (10/16), running an 8K time of 25:23.54
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
- Took nearly six seconds off his personal-best in the 3000m with a time of 8:47.20 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15)
- Clocked in at 4:23.63 in the men's mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17)
- Made his college track debut at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11), running a time of 8:53.09 in the men's 3000m
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran unattached for his career debut at the Tennessee Tri-Star Cross Country Challenge (8/30) with a time of 21:59.86
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
- Ran at Brentwood Academy in Nashville, Tennessee
- Intends to major in Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management
- 2018 Tennessee state champion in the 1600m and 3200m (plus third place in the 800m)
