2023Â TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Became Tennessee's first All-American in the 10k since 1995 with a 29:12.47 mark at the NCAA Championships (6/7)
- Qualified for nationals in the 5k and 10k at the NCAA East Prelims (5/26), finishing second and ninth in those events respectivelyÂ
- Set a school record, meet record and facility record at the SEC Championships (5/13), becoming the SEC Champion in the 5,000-meter with a time of 13:36.93 - securing his third SEC championship in 2023 and fourth school record broken during his time at UTÂ
- Made his Tennessee outdoor debut at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13) and set the school, facility and meet record in the 10k with a lifetime-best mark of 28:01.53
- Claimed first place in the 5,000-meter at the NCAA Championships (3/10) with a time of 13:37.59 - good enough to break the facility record, high-altitude collegiate record and become the first NCAA men's 5k champion in program history
- Finished sixth in the 3,000-meter at the NCAA Championships (3/11) with a time of 7:52.25, claiming Tennessee's best finish in the event at nationals since 1995
- Helped the Vols capture their first men's DMR conference championship since 2007 with a time of 9:32.75, running the 1,600-meter anchor split in 3:56.46
- Won gold in the 3,000-meter at the SEC Championships (2/25), setting a meet record with a time of 7:52.49
- Set a school record, SEC record and compiled his second all-time top 10 performance at the 115th Millrose Games (2/12), finishing the indoor 3k in 7:36.89 - the second fastest 3k in collegiate history
- In his Tennessee track debut, reclaimed the American Collegiate Record and became the No. 3 all-time collegiate performer in the indoor 5k with an NCAA-leading time of 13:11.01 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/27) — shattering the previous school record by more than 30 seconds
2022Â CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed in four meets for the Big Orange in his debut season and became the program's 19th All-American in cross country
- Tabbed the USTFCCCA South Region Athlete of the Year after finishing in the top four at all three postseason championship meets
- Placed fourth overall at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (11/19) with a time of 28:58.0, securing the best individual finish for UT at the national meet since 1972
- Crossed the line third with a time of 29:28.7 at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/11), collecting his third career All-Region certificate
- Led Tennessee with a runner-up finish at the SEC Championships (10/30), finishing with a time of 22:41.78 for UT's highest individual finish at the conference meet since 1998
- Donned the Orange and White for the first time at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (9/3) and placed eighth with a time of 23:26.3 over the five-mile course, helping the Vols finish second at the meet

Outdoor- Won his first career individual national title at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing first in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 28:12.32
- Claimed gold at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m with an outdoor personal-best time of 13:23.45
- Clocked a lifetime-best 10k at the Mt. SAC Relays in winning fashion, placing first in the elite heat at 28:01.94 for a Notre Dame school record
- Logged a ninth-place finish in the 5k at the NCAA Indoor Championships, posting a time of 13:31.43 for second team All-America honors
- Won his first ACC title in the indoor 3,000-meter with a PR time of 7:49.79
- Cracked the sub-four barrier in the mile at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing second at the meet in 3:57.67
2021 CROSS COUNTRY (at Notre Dame)
- Finished 10th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:47.5 to earn All-America honors
- Placed 12th at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships with a time of 30:04.1
- Earned a runner-up finish at the 2021 ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:23.0 to lead the Fighting Irish to the team title
- Recorded an 8k PR at the FSU Invite crossing the finish line at 22:55.5

Outdoor- Named a Second Team All-American in the 5,000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, breaking the Notre Dame program record with a time of 13:25.65 to take 11th
- Punched his ticket to nationals with a fourth-place finish in the 5,000-meter at the NCAA East Prelims, running 13:48.55
- Finished third in the 5,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 13:37.41 to earn First Team All-ACC honors
2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY (at Notre Dame)
- Earned All-American status by placing 20th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:25.6
- Finished third at the ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:12.7 over the 8k course as Notre Dame took the team title
2020 TRACK & FIELD (at Notre Dame)
Indoor- Finished fifth at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 5,000-meter run with a mark of 8:07.72
- Ran the 1200m leg of the DMR at the Alex Wilson Invitational as the Irish won the race with a time of 9:25.80 — setting the program, facility and ACC record and the second-fastest time ever recorded in NCAA history
- Took fifth place in the 3,000m at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 8:09.91
2019Â CROSS COUNTRY (at Notre Dame)
- Secured his first All-America certificate in cross country at the NCAA Championships, completing the 10k in 31:12.9 for 29th place at the national meet
- Crossed the line eighth at the NCAA Great Lakes Region with a mark of 30:20.5 and collected All-Region accolades
- Placed fifth at the ACC Cross Country Championships (24:35.6)Â to lead Notre Dame to a second-place team finish
- Won his first collegiate cross country race at the National Catholic Invitational, finishing first over the five-mile course in 25:09.0

Outdoor- Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 1,500m and finished 30th overall in 3:52.26
- Finished 10th in the 1,500m finals at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:50.85
- Represented Notre Dame at the 125th Penn Relays in the DMR as the Irish placed third in 9:47.94
- Ran his 1,500m PR at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 3:46.54
- Opened the outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational and posted a time of 3:48.10 for fifth place in the 1,500m
