SPRING SEASON (DUAL ACTION)
- Finished her career with the No. 74 ranking in the end-of-season ITA Singles Rankings, along with a No. 19 rank with Kuczer and No. 63 rank with Tomase in the ITA Doubles Rankings.
- Went on the longest doubles win-streak of her career, claiming seven consecutive victories before falling in the NCAA Doubles Championship Round of 16
- Finished her highly-decorated career with a slew of prestigious awards, including the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, First Team All-SEC and CoSIDA Academic All-America.
- Secured the final victory of her collegiate career against fifth-ranked Brylin/Killingsworth of Wake Forest in the NCAA Doubles Championship (5/24) in Champaign, Ill., 6-4, 4-6, (10-4), playing with Kuczer for the first time in five matches.
- Posted a perfect 5-0 record in doubles with Tomase.
- Again came through with a clutch doubles point alongside Tomase, defeating #24 Rajecki/Rencheli of NC State (5/8), 7-6(7) in a battle of a doubles match in the NCAA Tournament second round.

- Clinched a massive doubles point against 14th-ranked Georgia in the SEC Tournament semifinals, defeating Reasco/Kowalski 7-6(5) in the final match of the doubles point.
- Dominated Auburn's Axon/Flach in the second round of the SEC Tournament (4/21), 6-0, with Tomase.
- Downed an Alabama doubles pair in back-to-back matches, coming in Tuscaloosa (4/17), 6-3, in the regular season finale and at the SEC Tournament (4/21), 6-1. Played the regular season finale with Kuczer at No. 1, then changed partners and played at No. 2 with Elza Tomase for the second matchup.
- Picked up back-to-back victories on Court 2 in singles at Missouri (4/3) and vs. Vanderbilt (4/8), notching one ranked victory coming over #78 Anessa Lee of the Commodores, 2-6, 6-0, 6-4.
- Earned a ranked doubles victory with Kuczer over #53 Rice/Cross of Arkansas, 7-5, to secure the doubles point in what ended up as a 4-3 match.
- Claimed both a doubles and singles victory against LSU (3/27), defeating Nina Geissler, 6-3, 6-1, in singles and Carrington/Bridges, 6-3, in doubles with Kuczer
- Posted a come-from-behind victory for UT's only point at South Carolina (3/11), defeating #66 Ayana Akli 2-6, 6-2, 6-2
- Completed the weekend with a victory over Ole Miss' Machalova/Krzyzak, 6-1, with Kuczer
- Secured a singles and doubles victory in the SEC opener vs. Mississippi State (3/4), downing Magda Adaloglou, 7-6(4), 6-1 in singles and Antonaki/Racine in doubles
- Earned two singles wins in Tennessee's doubleheader with Bellarmine (2/20). She bested Rose Pastoret in the first match, 6-1, 6-0 and defeated Madison Devillez, 6-1, 6-1 in the second.
- Tallied her third ranked dual win of the season with Daria Kuczer, defeating 27th-ranked Laura Masic/Lara Schneider of Indiana (2/19), 6-3
- Marked her second ranked doubles win in a row, taking down No. 25 Taylor Bridges and Ena Babic from LSU, 6-3, at ITA Kickoff Weekend (1/29) in Columbus, Ohio
- Kicked off the dual season with a doubles win in the second match of the year at Wake Forest (1/23) over second-ranked Brooke Killingsworth and Anna Brylin, 6-3, with Daria Kuczer
- Named to the Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll.
FALL SEASON (INDIVIDUAL ACTION)
- Concluded individual play with a pair of ranked wins, one in singles one in doubles at the Tar Heel Invitational (1/7-9). She started with doubles, besting top-ranked Elizabeth Scotty and Fiona Crawley, 7-5, with Daria Kuczer. Two days later n singles, she matched up again with Crawley, ranked No. 19 in singles, and downed the Tar Heel 6-3, 6-4.
- Highlighted her fall season with three ranked singles wins, one coming against fifth-ranked Georgia Drummy from Duke, 5-7, 7-6(3), 6-3
- Was the victor at the College Ranked Spotlight +1 singles B flight on Sept. 26, 2021 in Cary, North Carolina. The tournament was hosted by NC State
- Tied a career-best notching eight consecutive wins from Sept. 18 to Oct. 30
- Played the majority of her doubles matches with fellow countrywoman Olivia Symons, earning seven wins in 11 matches
- Advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2021 ITA Ohio Valley Regional in doubles with Symons before falling to No. 16 Di Palma and Verma of Louisville
- Earned the first ranking of her career at No. 41 in singles and No. 39 in doubles, with Olivia Symons, in the ITA Rankings at the end of the Fall

- Won a pair of matches at the Debbie Southern Fall Classic to open the season.
- Downed No. 66-ranked Amanda Meyer of Vanderbilt in straight sets.
- Earned a pair of solo wins and a ranked-doubles win at the USTA Fall Ranked Spotlight. Defeated No. 36-ranked Isabelle Boulais of Ohio State 6-1, 6-2 and NC State’s Jaeda Daniel 6-4, 6-2. Downed Florida’s No. 6-ranked Kessler/Emma 7-5.
- Paired with Kaitlin Staines she won four doubles matches, three over top-30 ranked opponents, at the ITA All-American Championships and place second to earn a bit to the ITA Fall National Championships. Downed No. 29-ranked Kulikov/Willson of Southern California 8-3. Defeated South Carolina’s No. 5-ranked Morra/Jones 8-5. Defeated Central Florida’s No. 11-ranked Kuznetsova/ Zeleva 6-2, 6-3.
- Won three solo matches at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional.
- Downed Cusano/Spasojevic of Texas with partner Callie Creath 6-3 at the Texas Invite.
- Earned a win with Kaitlin Staines over Xavier’s Bashir/Charles-Alfred 6-2, 6-4 at the ITA Fall National Championships.
- Defeated Ohio State’s Allen/ Boulais 6-1 with partner Kaitlin Staines at the Michigan Invitational.
- Earned a pair of doubles wins on court one with partner Kaitlin Staines in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend. Downed Kansas’ Delgado/Ngounoue on court one 6-2. Defeated Virginia’s Gullickson/Odell with Staines 6-2.
- Downed Purdue’s Dobrilova/Shimizu 6-1 on court one with partner Kaitlin Staines.
- Went undefeated against Cincinnati. Downed Coutino/Morton on court one with partner Kaitlin Staines 6-0. Defeated Sofia Bruno on court six in straight sets.
- Downed the Mississippi State No. 56-ranked pair of Adaloglou/Racine 6-3 to help give UT the doubles point.
- Defeated Ole Miss’ Victoire De Samucewicz on court six in straight sets in UT’s come-from-behind victory.
2018-19 - SOPHOMORE

FALL SEASON
- Won all three of her singles matches and went 2-1 in doubles (partnered with Gabby Schuck) at the Notre Dame Invitational to finish off the fall season.
- Went an undefeated 3-0 in singles and posted a 2-1 doubles record at the Tennessee Fall Invite.
- Tallied two singles wins at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional.
- In doubles against Furman in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, competed with Ariadna Riley for the first time since the season opener against North Alabama on Jan. 14 and grabbed Tennessee's first doubles win on Court 3, 6-0.
- Helped Tennessee defeat No. 24 Kentucky in the regular season finale with a 6-4, 7-5 win over Anastasia Tkachenko at the No. 6 singles spot in the lineup.
- Won both of her singles matches at the No. 6 singles spot in the lineup during Tennessee's pair of road matches against Auburn and Alabama, taking down Auburn's Caroline Turner, 6-4, 6-2, and Alabama's Ann Selim, 6-1, 6-1.
- Clinched Tennessee's win over Ole Miss with a 6-4, 6-0 victory on court six over Allie Sanford.
- Helped the Lady Vols secure the doubles point during the win over No. 15 LSU with Maia Haumuller, defeating Kennan Johnson and Anna Loughlan at No. 2 doubles, 6-2.
- Defeated Chattanooga's Emma Van Hee at the No. 6 singles spot during Tennessee's win over the Mocs, 6-4, 6-2.
- Won three singles matches in a two-day span against Purdue, UT Martin and ETSU. Defeated Purdue's Caitlin Calkins (4-6, 6-3, 7-5), UT Martin's Andrea Plantada (6-2, 6-2) and ETSU's Yunuen Elizarraras (6-1, 6-3).
- Beat Purdue's Caitlin Calkins and Seira Shimizu at the No. 2 doubles spot, 6-1.
- Partnered with Maia Haumuller to defeat Amelie Boy and Evelyne Tiron 6-1 at the No. 2 doubles spot against South Florida.
- Defeated Indiana's Michelle McKamey, 6-4, 6-3 in singles to contribute to Tennessee's win. In doubles, partnered with Maia Haumuller to defeat Caitlin Bernard and Natalie Whalen 6-1 at the No. 2 doubles spot.
- Registered two doubles wins at the No. 2 spot over Old Dominion (6-3 over Yulia Starodubtseva and Oleksanda Andrieieva) and Presbyterian (6-4 over Tracy Johnson and Samantha Calais) while partnered with Maia Haumuller.
- Partnered with Ariadna Riley in the spring season opener against North Alabama on Jan. 14 to win two doubles matches by 6-0 and 6-3 marks.
2017-18 - FRESHMAN

FALL SEASON
- Ended her first collegiate tournament on a high note, winning the Flight 8 singles title in the Debbie Southern Fall Classic, going 3-0 in the draw and never losing a set.
- Finished second in the Flight 2 doubles draw at the Debbie Southern Fall Classic with junior Sadie Hammond, defeating Texas' Marta Perez-Mur and Dani Wagland, 8-6, in the first round and Ohio State's Olivia Sneed and Mary Beth Hurley, 8-7, in the second.
- Won six of her first eight singles matches to begin her career, including a pair of wins at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional
- Earned doubles wins over ETSU's Chi Ma and Esguerra, 8-3, as well as Eastern Kentucky's Lagoda and Demcenkova, 8-6, to advance to the round of 16 in the Ohio Valley Regional with Johanna Silva.
- Claimed a spot in the ITA fall rankings in doubles, coming in at No. 44 with Hammond.
- Currently riding a five-match winning streak in singles, spanning from Jan. 21-Feb. 25.
- Posted a 5-1 record in singles during the regular season of dual-match play and clinched a pair of matches for the Lady Vols.
- Split her singles matches in UT's opening weekend with a 2-6, 4-6 loss to Old Dominion's Adriana Rajkovic, and a 7-5, 6-4 victory over William and Mary's Lauren Goodman.
- Went on a three-match winning streak in doubles with Elizabeth Profit, defeating ETSU's Morales and Pascual-Larrinaga, 6-2, UT Martin's Sakurai and Streif, 6-3, and Akron's Echeverry and Wituski, 6-2.
- Clinched the doubles point for Tennessee with a 6-1 win over Georgia State's Grosheva and Ramirez.
- Helped UT pick up a 4-1 road win against Florida Gulf Coast, beating Patricia Villar, 6-4, 7-6 (4) to clinch the match.
- Paired up with fellow freshman Chelsea Sawyer to down LSU's duo of Vasilyuk and Rabalais, 6-0, and helped the Lady Vols claim the doubles point against the Tigers.
- Returned from an injury for UT's first-round matchup against Oregon in the NCAA Tournament, competing in doubles with Sawyer to defeat the duo of Lilien/Wagner, 6-4, on Court 3 and helping the Lady Vols clinch the doubles point.

- Helped her high school tennis team win the 2015 QGSSSA Schools Cup

- Full name is Tenika McGiffin
- Born on February 23, 1999
- Daughter of Leisa and Peter McGiffin and has two brothers, Tony and Steven
- Her family is heavily involved with cricket in Australia, as her father is the head coach of the Queensland women’s cricket team, and her brother Steven was one the Queensland U-19 team and currently plays First Grade in Brisbane, Queensland.
- Her mother is a former Australian representative for volleyball.
- Lists her biggest ambitions as playing professionally on the WTA tour and winning a team championship at Tennessee
- Played the alto-saxophone in her high school band and marched in the Queensland Anzac Day parade, which celebrates Australians and New Zealanders who fought in WWI
- Chose UT because of its great reputation for academics and sport as well as the welcoming team spirit
- Her biggest sports influence is Roger Federer because of his professionalism and how he gives back to the sport of tennis
- Recipient of the Dr. H. S. Hahn Tennis Scholarship Endowment
