Outdoor- Ran in the 400-meter prelims at the SEC Championships (5/11), finishing with a time of 55.17
- Tallied a second-place finish in the 400-meter at the Wake Forest Invite (4/21), finishing in 54.28
- Set a new personal best in the 200-meter with a time of 24.70 and won the 400-meter with a time of 55.34 at the Tennessee Invite (4/7-4/8)
- Ran a time of 55.44 in the 400-meter during the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1)
- During first race of the year, ran in the 200-meter and 400-meter with times of 24.81 and 55.53, respectively, at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-3/25)

Outdoor- Earned USTFCCCA Honorable Mention All-America in the 4x400-meter relay with Allison Rand, Kyla Robinson-Hubbard and Mia O'Neil, placing 24th at 3:41.31 (6/9)
- Qualified for Eugene and NCAAs in the women's 4x400mR, posting a time of 3:34.86 with Allison Rand, Kyla Robinson-Hubbard and Mia O'Neil (5/28)

- Competed in three meets with four top-three finishes
- Part of Sprint Medley Relay team at Philly Mets to clock time of 3:55.69 for 10th in program history
- All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
OUTDOOR 2020
- All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
- Academic All-Ivy
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season while capturing another Ivy title in the 4x400m relay at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1).
- Earned first-team All-Ivy honors in the 4x400m relay, finishing in 3:41.16.
- Ran the fastest time in prelims in the 400m at Heps and finished one spot out of scoring in the final.
- Ran the fastest time in program history in the indoor 400m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 15), finishing in 53.21.
- Moved into the top 10 in program history in the 200m, finishing in 24.83 at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1) to win the meet.
- Also won the 400m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8) in 54.42, a season-best time.
- Won the Navy Invitational (Dec. 7) in the 500m in 1:13.13.
- Competed at seven meets during the outdoor season, specializing in the 400m and a variety of relay events.
- Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8), earning honorable mention All-America status in the 400m and 4x400m relay.
- Helped shatter the program record in the 4x400m at the NCAA East Regional to punch a ticket to the NCAA Championships, crossing the line in 3:32.12.
- Ran a 52.51 to book a spot at the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m.
- Racked up a pair of Ivy League Indoor Heps (May 5) titles, running away to victories in the 400m and 4x400m.
- Joined the DMR team at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25) to run a 10:59.44, an Ivy League record, to win the Championship of America Invitational.
- Won the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (March 30) 4x400m relay, finishing in 3:36.13.
- Ran four times during indoor season, closing with Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 24).
- Captured the Heps title in the 4x400yd relay, finishing in 3:34.38.
- Moved into second all-time at Penn with a time of 1:12.37 in the 500m at Heps, finishing as the runner-up.
- Finished in 3:38.29 at the Texas Tech Shootout (Feb. 9), en route to a second-place finish in the 4x400m.
- Appeared in five meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, running the 200m, 400m and several relay events.
- Placed first at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Championships (May 6) in the 400m, posting a school-record time in the process.
- Also scored in the 4x400m relay at Ivy Heps, placing fifth.
- Qualified for the 2018 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 24-26) in both the 400m and 4x400m, placing 13th individually and 14th in the relay.
- Part of the school-record 4x400 team at the Penn Relays (April 26-28).
- Totaled six top-10 performances on the year.
- Competed in eight meets during the 2018 indoor season, making appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, 500m and several relay events.
- Won the 500m championship at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 25) with a time of 1:13.09.
- Placed second at Ivy Heps in the 4x400m relay to earn All-Ivy status.
- Set a new program record in the 400m at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) with a time of 54.25.
- Part of a new program record in the 4x400m relay also at the Valentine Invitational with a time of 3:43.02.
- Claimed first in the 4x400m relay at the New Year Invitational (Dec. 9), the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 3) and the Valentine Invitational.
- Totaled nine top-five performances on the year.
