Indoor
- Ran the first indoor 800m of his career at the Commodore Indoor (1/16), clocking in at 1:54.84
- Made his Tennessee track & field debut at the Commodore Indoor (1/15), competing in the men's DMR as the Vols posted a time of 10:13.41
- Finished third in the distance medley relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/10), combining with teammates Preston Ruth, Will Mazur and Matthew McMilan for a time of 10:17.05
- Made his outdoor debut for Tennessee at the Tiger Track Classic (3/19-3/20), running a personal best time of 1:54.55 in the 800-meter run and clocking in at 3:53.73 over 1500 meters
2020 CROSS COUNTRY
- Made his SEC Championship debut (10/30) in the Vols' scoring lineup, completing the race in 24:57.6 for 32nd place overall and fourth on the team
- Scored for the first time as a Tennessee Vol at the UAB Blazer Classic (10/16), placing 27th at the meet with a career-best 8K time of 24:36.49
- Made his official Tennessee cross country debut at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (10/3), running a time of 25:11.9 over the 8,000-meter course to place 40th
2019 CROSS COUNTRY (at Xavier)
- Competed in three 8K races as a sophomore, running his fastest time of the season (25:17.1) at the Louisville Classic
2019 TRACK & FIELD (at Xavier)
Indoor- Ended the indoor season with a PR in the mile (4:11.92) at the Big East Championships, placing ninth overall
- Ran his first career 5000m at the 2019 Meyo Invitational, finishing 34th in 14:59.18
- Took fifth place at the Thundering Herd Invite with a mark of 4:13.78 in the mile
- Earned an eighth-place finish in the 3000m at the Jim Green Invitational, running a time of 8:31.25
- Placed 15th at the Big East Championships with a time of 3:57.72 in the men's 1500m
- Ran his 1500m PR at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, placing sixth in 3:51.74
2018 CROSS COUNTRY (at Xavier)
- Competed six times his freshman season
- Finished 76th at the Great Lakes Regional Championships with a 10K time of 32:36.2
- Ran an 8K PR of 24:48.3 to place 39th at the Louisville Classic
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
- Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Warwick Valley HS
- Helped his team capture the 4x800 state title in outdoor track
