2019 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Took 18th place at the SEC Championships with a 13.45m (44-1.5) performance in the shot put (2/22)
- Threw a mark of 12.84m (42-1.5) in the shot put at the Clemson Tiger Paw (2/9)
- Finished sixth in the shot put with a mark of 14.85m (48-8.75) at the Carolina Challenge (2/2)
- At the Hokie Invitational (1/18), threw a personal-best mark of 18.46m (60-6.75) in the weight throw - ranking 7th on UT's all-time top-10 list
- Placed third in the shot put at the Tennessee-Indiana Dual (1/5) by throwing an indoor personal-record of 15.19m (49-10)
Outdoor
- Competed in two events at the NCAA East Preliminary Championships (5/25), including a 46th-place finish in the shot put (14.38m/47-2.25) and 41st in the discus (45.33m/148-8)
- Scored three points for the Lady Vols with a 6th-place finish in the discus at the SEC Championships (5/11), heaving 50.92m (167-1)
- Also placed 13th in the shot put at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 14.80m (48-6.75)
- Finished first in the shot put at the Tennessee Challenge (5/4) with a mark of 14.99m (49-2.25)
- Claimed third in the shot put with a season-best mark of 15.92m (52-2.75) at the Virginia Challenge (4/20), along with seventh in the discus with a throw of 48.26 (158-4)
- Finished 18th in the shot put with a throw of 14.05m (46-1.25) and seventh in the discus with a mark of 48.92 (158-5) at the Tennessee Relays (4/13)
- Placed ninth in the shot put with a mark of 14.11m (46-3.5) along with an eighth-place finish in the discus with a throw of 47.40m (155-6) at the Power 5 Trailblazer Challenge (3/23)
2018 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Finished 14th in the shot put (13.12m) at the Clemson's Tiger Paw Invite (2/9)
- At Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26-27), took seventh in the shot put (13.62m) and 11th in the weight throw (14.10m)
- Placed 12th in the shot put (12.60m) at the UAB Vulcan Invite (1/13)
- Took fifth in the shot put (12.86m) and sixth in the weight throw (14.78m) at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual (1/6)
- At Hoosier Open (12/8), took sixth in the shot put with a career-best throw of 14.78m (48-6.00) and finished eighth in the weight throw with toss of 17.43m (57-2.25)
Outdoor
- Competed in the shot put (14.97m, 37th) and discus (45.43m, 42nd) at the NCAA East Prelims (5/26)
- Placed fifth in the shot put at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11) with a personal best throw of 16.13m
- Had a season-best showing in the discus at the Tennessee Relays (4/12), placing fourth with a best throw of 50.36m
2017 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Participated in her first SEC Championship with throws of 13.84m in the shot put and 16.75m in the weight throw
- Set a new PR with a shot put of 14.43m (47-4.25) at the VT "Doc Hale" Elite Meet
- Notched a new personal best with a weight throw of 17.81m at the Razorback Invitational
- Placed fourth in the shot put (14.09m) and fifth in the weight throw (16.53) in her first competition with the Vols at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual
Outdoor
- Competed in the shot put and the discus at the NCAA East Prelims with marks of 13.39m (47th) and 48.89m (30th)
- Scored in two events at the SEC Outdoor Championship as she took eighth in the shot put with a mark of 14.50m and sixth in the discus with a throw of 50.56m
- Posted a personal best in the discus at the SEC Relays with a mark of 51.52m, good for fifth place
- Had a career best shot put of 15.21m as she took seventh at the Tennessee Relays
- Posted two top-five finishes at the Tennessee Rust Buster with marks of 13.93. in the shot put and 51.98m in the discus
PERSONAL
- Tamia Racquel Crockett, daughter of Heather McCormick-Simon and Kevin Simon, was born on May 9, 1997
- Her father Kevin Simon was a UT Football player who was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the seventh round in 2006.
- Has four siblings named Taneisha, Kenneth and Bryson
- Majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Psychology
- Was 2014-15 Gatorade Tennessee Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year
- Member of the National Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
- Attended Missouri for one semester
- Qualified for the AAU Nationals in 2014 in both the shot put and the hammer
- Set a PR at four consecutive New Balance National meets
- Served as the captain of her high school track and field team for three seasons
- She is a two-time All-American, five-time state champion, five time all-state and is the all-time leading scorer in Hardin Valley Academy track and field history
- Won the 2011 Tennessee state team championship
