Julia Mrozinski is in the midst of a stellar career on Rocky Top and the international stage. In late April, she clocked the Olympic standard in the 200 free during the German Swimming Championships to punch her ticket to Paris for her first Olympics. In the event, she dropped her best mark by over a second with a 1:57.22 effort. During her time at UT, the junior has tallied seven All-America certificates along with two SEC Championships in the 500 free and 800 free relay. Mrozinski has been named to the All-SEC team all three years of her career, thanks to her five total medals at the SEC Championships.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
- During the German Swimming Championships, won silver in the 200 free with a time of 1:57.22, shattering her previous best effort in the event by more than a second and punching her ticket to the Olympic Games.
2024-25 - SENIOR
- Competed in the 100 free, 200 free, and 500 free at the 2025 NCAA Championships.
- 2025 SEC Championship Recap:
- Competed on the team that brought home Tennessee's first gold in the 400 free relay since 2016 with a time of 3:09.02.
- Touched the wall in 4:38.68 to place 11th in the 500 free.
- Placed seventh in the 200 free behind a 1:44.33 effort.
- Was a member of the 800 free relay which took sixth overall thanks to a time of 6:53.87.
- Won the 100 free C final with a time of 48.26.
2023-24 - JUNIOR
- Top times from season: 50 free (23.63), 100 free (49.50), 200 free (1:44.61) and 500 free (4:38.18).
- Won a silver medal on the 800 free relay squad during the NCAA Championships (3/20-23/24).
- Earned a silver medal in the 800 free relay, and earned A finalist appearances in the 500 free and 200 free during the SEC Championships (2/19-24/24).
- Tallied first in the 500 free (4:42.77) and the 400 free relay in a win over No. 25 LSU (1/27/24).
- Tallied three third-place finishes in the 200 and 500 free as well as the 400 free relay against No. 12 Georgia (1/20/24).
- Earned second-place finishes in the 200 and 400 LCM free along with competing in the 100 LCM free and 200 LCM free relay during Tennessee's season-opening victory over No. 3 Louisville (10/12/23).
2022-23 - SOPHOMORE
- Top times from season: 50 free (24.06), 100 free (51.21), 200 free (1:43.21), 500 free (4:37.34).
- Clocked a 4:37.34 in the 500 free to win the B final at the 2023 NCAA Championships and posted a season-best time in the 200 free, touching the wall in 1:46.24 for 36th overall.
- Part of the podium-finishing 800 free relay at NCAAs that now ranks fourth in UT history (6:57.49).
- Competed on the 400 free relay squad at NCAAs that finished 10th nationally with a 3:12.94 effort.
- Was a member of the squad that won silver in the 800 free relay during the 2023 SEC Championship with the fifth-fastest time in UT history (6:58.26).
- Made her season debut against Carson Newman where she earned first place in the 200 free (1:48.05) and second in the 100 free (51.21).
2021-22 - FRESHMAN
- Top times from season: 50 free (23.44), 100 free (49.08), 200 free (1:44.53), 500 free (4:38.82), 100 back (58.59), 100 fly (54.06), 200 IM (2:02.68).
- Medaled in three events at the SEC Championships winning gold in the 500 free, 800 free relay and silver in the 400 free relay.
- Posted the top time in program history at the SEC Championships in the 500 free with a mark of 4:35.95. She was apart of the 400 free relay (3:11.38) which ranks second in Lady Vol history.
- Earned All-America Honors at the NCAA Championships in the 800 free relay, 500 free, 400 free relay and 400 medley relay and won the 500 free B final with a time of 4:37.35, placing ninth nationally while earning All-America recognition.
- Took first place in the 500 free with a mark of 4:47.99 against Georgia (1/22/22).
- Recorded a time of 1:48.52 in the 200 free solidifying first place against Duke and Queens (1/8/22).
- Finished first in 500 free (4:50.47) at Kentucky (11/5/21).
- Notched personal best times in six events at the Tennessee Invitational (11/18-20/21): 50 free (23.44), 100 free (49.08), 200 free (1:44.83), 500 free (4:38.82), 100 fly (54.06), 200 IM (2:02.68).
- Placed first in the 200 free (1:46.76) and 500 free (4:49.25) against Louisville (10/21/21).
- Named SEC Female Freshman of the Week after posting three podium-finishes at No. 3 NC State (10/15/21), including a win in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:47.81.
- Took first in the 100 freestyle in her freshman debut at UNC Wilmington (10/1/21).
- Competed on the fastest relay teams for the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay at UNC Wilmington (10/1/21).
