2025-26 - JUNIOR
- At the 2026 SEC Championships...
- Capped off her week in the 400 Free Relay, helping lead the team of Emily Armen, Emily Brown, and Ella Jansen secure the silver medal with a time of 3:09.03 (2/21/26).
- Swept the 50, 100, and 200 Free events for the second consecutive year, matching Georgia's Kara Lynn Joyce as the second swimmer to achieve this feat since 2007.
- Her win in the 100 Free marked her third-straight season winning the event, the last swimmer to do so being former Vol Erika Brown from 2018-20 (2/21/26).
- Brought home gold for the Lady Vols in the 200 Free Relay, nearly breaking the school record with a time of 1:26.27 alongside Mizuki Hirai, Julianna Bocska, and Jillian Crooks (2/20/26).
- Captured her third consecutive title in the 50 Free, breaking the 21-second barrier in the final, setting a new SEC Championship and program record in the event of 20.87 (2/20/26).
- Successfully defended her 200 Free title, improving her second-fastest time in program history to 1:41.71. Spink became the first Lady Vol to win the event in consecutive years and the first swimmer to medal three straight seasons since Lindsay Gendron medaled in the event from 2011-14 (2/19/26).
- Dethroned the previous SEC Meet and Tennessee record with a time of 1:32.80 in the 200 Medley Relay alongside Mizuki Hirai, McKenzie Siroky, and Ella Jansen (2/17/26).
- Collected victories in both the 50 and 100 Free in the final dual meet of the regular season against Duke (1/30).
- Picked up three total wins in the dual against #16 Georgia, winning the 100 Free while helping the 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay squads to victories (1/23).
- Clocked two wins in the 100 free (47.22) and 200 free (1:45.03) during the dual meet victory against Kentucky.
- Swept the CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge, taking home nine first-place finishes in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free and 200 medley relay alongside Jillian Crooks, McKenzie Siroky and Emily Brown.
- Earned a pair of podium finishes taking the win in the 100 free and second in the 50 free at the double dual meet against Auburn and Louisville (10/30/25).
- Secured a first-place finish in the 50 free against Texas with a time of 21.43 (10/24/2025).
2024-25 - SOPHOMORE

- At the 2025 NCAA Championships...
- Part of the 800 free relay that earned a spot on the podium for a fourth straight season, taking sixth overall thanks to a time of 6:53.87.
- Brought home the bronze medal in the 100 free thanks to a 46.68 performance; she became the first Lady Vol to medal in the event since 2008.
- Recorded Tennessee's best finish in the 50 free since 2019, taking fourth overall with a time of 21.27; it marked the first individual All-America first team honor of her career.
- Brought home silver as a member of the 400 free relay team thanks to a school record time of 3:08.63.
- Was a part of the 200 free relay that recorded a 1:27.03 effort, which placed ninth and marked the No. 5 time in program history.
- Brought home a silver medal as part of the 400 medley relay team with the second-fastest effort in school history at 3:24.99; it was Tennessee's highest finish in the event since winning the title in 2013.
- At the 2025 SEC Championships...
- Defended her 50 free title by clocking a personal-best effort of 21.23, the second-fastest time in program history; she became the first SEC swimmer to win to back-to-back championships in the event since former Lady Vol Erika Brown did it three times from 2018-20.
- Was a member of the 800 free relay which took sixth overall thanks to a time of 6:53.87.
- Swam as part of the 200 free relay team that threw down a time of 1:26.49 to bring home the bronze and notch the second-best time in school history; they podiumed for the 13th time in the last 14 seasons.
- Posted the fastest time in the field in the 200 free (1:42.06) to win the event and notch the No. 2 time in school history.
- Took silver as part of the 400 medley relay team with the No. 2 time in school history at 3:25.18; it marked the eighth straight year in which the Lady Vols have podiumed in the event.
- Clocked the No. 2 time in school history at 46.25 in the 100 free, winning gold.
- Competed on the team that brought home Tennessee's first gold in the 400 free relay since 2016 with a time of 3:09.02.
- Swept the sprint freestyles while placing first in the 200 medley relay in the season opener against No. 7 Louisville (10/24/24).
2023-24 - FRESHMAN
- Top times from season: 50 free (21.74), 100 free (46.69) and 200 free (1:42.37).
- During her NCAA Championships (3/20-23/24) debut, she won a silver medal on the 800 free relay, bronze on the 400 medley relay along with earning All-America certificates in the 200 free relay, 400 free relay and 100 free.
- Won seven medals in her first SEC Championships (2/19-24/24), including two individual SEC Championships in the 50 and 100 free, silver in the 200 free, a gold in the 400 medley relay and silver in three other relay events.
- Earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors after tallying three victories in a win over No. 25 LSU (1/27/24) in the 100 free (48.03), 200 medley relay and 400 free relay.
- Was a member of two winning relay squads and swept the sprint-free events against No. 12 Georgia (1/20/24), claiming a personal-best time in the 50 free of 22.15 along with a mark of 47.93 during the 100 free.
- Won the 100 free at the Tennessee Invite (11/15-17/23) with a time of 47.28, the second-fastest mark in school history.
- Earned a first-place finish in the 200 free during a double dual against No. 7 Florida and No. 19 Kentucky (11/3/23), touching the wall in 1:46.65.
- Made her Lady Vol debut during the season-opening victory against Louisville (10/12/23), competing in two individual events and two relays, winning one, as well as her 50 free time being the fastest mark by a SEC freshman so far this season.
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Top times prior to Tennessee: 50 free (22.16), 100 free (48.12), 200 free (1:43.82), 100 back (52.76).
- Native of Haymarket, Virginia and swam for Nation's Capital Swim Club.
- Ranked as the No. 8 overall recruit in the 2023 signing class by SwimSwam and No.1 from Virginia.
- Member of the 2022-23 and 2021-2022 US Junior National Team.
- At the 2023 NCSA Spring Championships, took home first place in the 100 free (48.21) and third in the 50 free (22.27).
- Three-time Virginia High School 6A State Champion in the 50 and 100 freestyle events (2023, 2022, 2021).
- Represented the United States at the 2021 FINA Swimming World Cup in Berlin and Budapest.
- Competed in the 2023 TYR Pro Swim Series in Knoxville and finished eighth in the 200 LCM IM (2:18.16).
