2016 - SOPHOMORE
- Made 16 appearances in relief for the Vols, compiling a 1-0 record with 13 strikeouts in 13.1 innings with eight runs allowed (five earned).
- Tossed 0.2 inning in his final appearance of the season on April 26, allowing one run on one hit in relief against Eastern Kentucky.
- Earned his first win of the season, pitching 1.1 scoreless innings in a 6-3 victory at #22 Alabama (March 26).
- Recorded five strikeouts over 2.0 relief frames vs. UC Irvine, helping Tennessee to a 12-1 win in the Friday night contest.
- Threw 2.0 scoreless innings in relief vs. Maryland at the Keith LeClair Classic (March 5).
- Struck out two batters in 1.0 inning pitched vs. Central Michigan (Feb. 28).
- Made his first appearance of the season vs. Memphis (Feb. 20), throwing 1.1 hitless innings and giving up two runs.
2015 - FRESHMAN
- Appeared in two games for the Vols during his freshman campaign, pitching 1.0 scoreless inning.
- Faced his first batter as a Vol at Belmont on February 25, but he did not throw a pitch due to a runner caught stealing at second.
- Recorded his first collegiate appearance against Belmont, tossing 1.0 inning and allowing two hits (May 6).
- Appeared in 26 summer games for the Morehead City Marlins of the Coastal Plain League. He earned five wins and six saves and was charged with three losses.
- Tossed 42.1 innings and allowed eight earned runs on 26 hits for the Marlins. He walked 18 batters and delivered 45 strikeouts. He ended the season with a 1.70 ERA.
- Led the Coastal Plain League in mound appearances with 26 (Summer 2015).
- Named to the East All-Star Team for the Coastal Plain League.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Was a two-year letterman and two-time state champion at Trinity Presbyterian School in Montgomery, Ala.
- Collected 80 strikeouts in 49.0 innings as a senior en route to an 0.57 ERA on the season.
- Named All-State and All-Metro during his senior season, as well as Southeast Region Honorable Mention by Perfect Game.
- Helped guide the Wildcats to back-to-back titles in 2012-13, as the squad posted a combined 63-21 mark.
- Listed as the No. 5 left-hander in the state of Alabama by Perfect Game entering his senior season.
- Posted a 5-1 mark with 50 strikeouts and a 1.07 ERA in 39.1 innings pitched as a junior.
- Threw 24.1 innings with 24 strikeouts and a 1.73 ERA in his sophomore campaign.
- Played with the Alabama Rays and East Coast Greys travel ball team, where he threw five no-hit shutout innings at the World Wood Bat Association Perfect Game National Championship in Atlanta, Ga. (2013)
- Followed his Atlanta showing with a four no-hit inning performance as a part of his East Coast Greys' team no-hitter at the WWBA Perfect Game Showcase in Ft. Myers, Fla. (2013).
