2019 - REDSHIRT SENIOR
- On the mound, he posted a 1-0 record with a 1.40 ERA and 21 strikeouts through 19.1 innings of work. He made 21 appearances during the 2019 season.
- Tossed a career-high 3.1 scoreless innings against North Carolina and only gave up one hit while striking out four batters (6/2)
- Threw 2.0 innings of relief while striking out two batters in a loss to Ole Miss on 5/18
- Tossed 1.1 inning and a career-high four strikeouts in a win over Austin Peay (5/7)

2017 - REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE
- Threw 0.2 inning in relief as part of UT's loss to No. 10-ranked Auburn on Rocky Top (April 15), allowing one hit.
- Made his first appearance of the year in relief for UT at ETSU, holding the Bucs hitless over 2.0 scoreless innings with one strikeout (April 11).
- Jackson earned his seventh save on July 16 before picking up his third win of the season on July 18. In the win, Jackson allowed just one hit and struck out one of his four batters faced. His seven saves through 14 games leads the HCBL.
2016 - REDSHIRT FRESHMAN
- Made four relief appearances for the Vols in 2016, striking out four batters through 4.1 innings of work.
- Threw a career-long 2.1 relief innings vs. Western Kentucky, recording three strikeouts while allowing just two hits (March 8).
- Appeared in the Vols' 20-1 victory over Central Michigan, allowing no hits or runs over 1.0 innings pitched (Feb. 28).
- Made his collegiate debut at Grand Canyon, allowing one hit and striking out one batter in 1.0 inning pitched (Feb. 26).
2015 - REDSHIRT SEASON
- Appeared in 11 games (including one start) for the Westhampton Aviators of the Hamptons Summer League in 2015, posting a 1-0 record with a 5.30 ERA over 18.2 innings pitched.
- Jackson pitched in three postseason games for Westhampton. He registered four strikeouts, one walk and allowed one run on five hits over 3.1 innings of work, he recorded a 2.70 ERA in postseason play.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Graduated from Woodward Academy in College Park, Ga.
- While with Woodward Academy, Jackson was named an All-State First-Team pitcher.
- Jackson is a two-time Perfect Game Underclass All-American Honorable Mention.
- In three seasons with the War Eagles' varsity team, Jackson has a combined record of 19-2 on the mound.
- Finished his junior campaign with a 6-2 mark and a 1.36 ERA, leading Woodward Academy to a 19-10 record and the second round of the Class AAA state playoffs.
- The two-year captain helped the War Eagles to back to back regional championships in 2011 and 2012, and a combined 43-5 record over his first three seasons.
- Played on the travel ball circuit with the Upstate Mavericks.
