2013 - FRESHMAN
• Made eight appearances as a freshman, including three starts, going 1-1 with a 8.56 ERA over 13.2 innings of work.• Made his collegiate debut in Las Vegas, starting the second game of a doubleheader against UNLV on Feb. 16.
• Pitched three innings, allowing two runs on six hits and four walks while striking out one.
• Also earned a start against ETSU on Feb. 26, picking up his first collegiate win after throwing 3.1 innings in which he yielded two runs on three hits.
• Fired a scoreless frame of relief in a 16-0 win over Alcorn State on March 8.
• Kept Florida off the board in an inning of work in Gainesville on April 26.
• Made his third start of the year against Arkansas State on May 8, yielding a pair of runs on two hits and three walks in 1.2 innings.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Redondo Union High School where he was coached by Jeff Baumback.• Named a 2012 Rawlings California Regional Honorable Mention selection.
• Was 8-3 with a 1.66 ERA and 70 strikeouts in 76 innings on the mound as a senior.
• Also hit .402 with four home runs, 16 RBIs and 19 runs scored in his final prep season.
• Named the Bay League[apos]s Most Outstanding Player and earned all-league, all-area and second team All-CIF honors.
• Claimed team MVP and most outstanding pitcher honors at for the Sea Hawks in 2012.
• Also tabbed as the 2012 Senior Athlete of the Year at Redondo Union High School.
• Played shortstop and third base for the Sea Hawks as well.
• Listed as a High Follow in the Perfect Game national rankings.
