2021 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Helped the Lady Vols post a season-best time of 11:23.01 in the women's distance medley relay at the SEC Championships (2/25), combining with teammates Katie Thronson, Britton Wilson, and Allison Rand to place sixth overall
- Ran a personal best of 9:26.83 in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/13)
- Placed sixth in the mile at Clemson University's Bob Pollock Meet (1/29) with a personal best of 4:51.59
- Ran her first career sub-17:00 5K in the season opener at the Commodore Indoor (1/15), clocking a time of 16:58.41 for second place at the meet
- Ran a personal-best time of 4:32.43 in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays (3/26)
- Made her season debut at the Tiger Track Classic (3/20) with a first place finish and personal-best time of 4:33.91 in the 1,500-meter run, as well as a personal-best time of 2:17.04 in the 800-meter run
2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY
- Finished at the third spot for the Lady Vols at the FSU Winter Classic (2/5), clocking a time of 21:26.1 and placing 49th overall
- Placed 27th overall, third on the team for the second consecutive meet at the UAB Blazer Classic (10/16) with a 6K time of 21:02.49
- Made her Tennessee cross country debut at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (10/3), running a college-best mark in the 5K (17:40.5) to place 27th overall
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Helped the Lady Vols take home the DMR bronze medal at the SEC Championships (2/29) with a time of 11:24.59, running her 1600m anchor split in 4:45.21
- Took more than four seconds off her PR in the mile with a time of 4:52.30 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14)
- Earned her second-straight win in the 3000m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15), clocking in at 9:37.70 - the fastest mark by a Lady Vol since 2016
- Picked up the first victory of her indoor collegiate career in the 3,000m with a time of 9:50.20 at the Texas Tech Invite (2/1)
- Ran her fastest indoor mile at 4:56.39 for a 7th-place finish at the Virginia Tech Invite (1/17)
- Made her Tennessee debut with a career-best 9:55.32 in the women's 3000m at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11)
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
2019 CROSS COUNTRY (at Towson)
- Led the team in all 5 meets during her sophomore campaign
- Placed 20th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 20:43.5 over the 6K course
- Took first place at the Towson Invitational, crossing the line with a 4K time of 15:32.4
- Finished third at the JMU Invitational with a 6K time of 21:44.5
2019 TRACK & FIELD (at Towson)
Indoor
- Placed second in the mile at the Navy Invitational with a mark of 5:01.06
- Logged a runner-up finish in the 3,000-meter run at Virginia Tech with a collegiate best time of 10:13.25
- Finished second in the 5,000-meter run, her first career indoor race at the distance, at the Navy Winter Invitational (17:45.49)
Outdoor
- Ran her collegiate best time in the 5,000-meter run (17:11.04) at the Larry Ellis Invitational
- Placed first in the 1,500-meter run (4:39.31) at the Towson Invitational
- Ran 17:17.70 in the 5,000-meter run to finish eighth at the Florida Relays
2018 CROSS COUNTRY (at Towson)
- Competed in four meets during her rookie season
- Ran a 6K personal best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:53.5
- Finished 16th at the CAA Championships
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
- Daughter of Crystal and Kurt Janke
- Completed degree in Psychology in May 2022
- Enjoys running, swimming, reading and rock climbing
- Avid Pittsburgh sports fan, supporting the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates
- Most memorable experience was staying at the same hotel as Olympians during the 2017 London Marathon
