2022 Knoxville Challenger Set to Commence

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The stage is set for a spectacular week of tennis at Tennessee's Goodfriend Tennis Center for the Knoxville Challenger, beginning Monday and running Nov. 7-13.

The annual Knoxville Challenger is a USTA Pro Circuit event and is part of the ATP Challenger Tour. Including qualifying rounds, four current Vols and six VFLs are set to take the courts.

Shunsuke Mitsui, Blaise Bicknell, Pat Harper and Martim Prata are the four representatives from Tennessee's current squad. VFLs Hunter Reese, Tennys Sandgren, Giles Hussey, Adam Walton, Mikelis Libietis and Andrew Rogers each return to Knoxville to compete on Rocky Top once again.

Tickets are available at the door for $20/day. Kids ages 12 and under receive free admission.
