KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The No. 23-ranked Tennessee women's tennis team opens back-to-back weeks on the road with a Sunday matchup against No. 19-ranked LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
First serve between the Lady Vols (9-4, 3-2 SEC) and the Tigers (9-3, 4-3 SEC) is slated for 1 p.m. ET at the LSU Tennis Complex.

Last Time Out: The Lady Vols picked up a pair of big wins over South Carolina and Florida to stay undefeated at home in the 2021 season.
In the Series: The Lady Vols hold a 29-18 record against LSU dating back to 1980. UT holds a 12-7 record in Baton Rouge and won the most recent meeting 4-0 in Knoxville in 2019.
Special Company: Seniors Johanna Silva and Tenika McGiffin joined a select group of Lady Vols over the past weekend.
Last week, Johanna Silva picked up her 80th and 81st career singles wins. The Hamburg, Germany native becomes one of just 24 Lady Vols to accumulate 80 career singles wins throughout their career.
After beating Florida's Sara Dahlstrom, McGiffin recorded her 50th-career singles win. The Brisbane, Australia product holds a 50-34 solo career record and 52-49 doubles record to become the 38th Lady Vol to record at least 50 singles and doubles career wins.
Instant Impact: The newcomer duo of junior Daria Kuczer and freshman Esther Adeshina have made their impact felt in their debut season on Rocky Top.
As a doubles pair, the duo hold a 9-4 dual-match record this season and have collected a pair of wins over ranked opponents.
In solo play, Kuczer owns a 10-1 mark in dual-match play and owns an impressive 16-6 mark including the fall. The Szczecin, Poland native heads to Baton Rouge riding a three-match winning streak.
