- At the Conference USA Championships held on Melton Hill Lake, part of the Novice 8 'A' boat that placed fifth with a time of 7:14.88
- Part of the Novice 8 against Louisville that took second place with a time of 7 minutes and 9 seconds
- Rowed the Novice 4 to a first place finish against Louisville with a time of 8 minutes and 6 seconds

- Alisha Nicole Weir, daughter of Tim and Denise Weir, was born on August 6, 1993
- Her goal after college is manage a marketing firm alonside her older brother, Nick
- Was senior class president at Sterling High School
- Played basketball, volleyball and ran track in field in high school, was also a member of the Poms Dance Team
