Mya Pauldo was born on Feb. 23, 2006, in Paterson, N.J.
Nickname is “MyMy” and she and her twin, Mia, go by Twin Back Court (TBC).
Parents are Donell “DJ” and Filisha Pauldo.
Siblings include brothers Daizon, Dahmari and Naisiah, and sisters Mia and Nyasia.
Father played basketball at Shaw University, Nyasia plays there now and Daizon plays at Bergen County Community College.
Had a court in their backyard that their father built for a basketball training business.
In 2022, Mia and Mya became the youngest basketball players, male or female, to sign a high school NIL deal with PUMA.
Also participated in ballet, baseball and taekwondo before focusing on basketball.
Chose Tennessee over Illinois, Penn State and Texas Tech.
Enjoys baking/cooking, drawing, painting and building with Legos.
Majoring in marketing.
