Lauren Hurst was born on Jan. 18, 2007, in Cleveland, Tenn.
Parents are Matt and Wendy Hurst.
Both played basketball at Mars Hill College in North Carolina and mom also played volleyball there.
Older brother Grant plays basketball at Tennessee.
Lauren and Grant are the first brother-sister combo to play hoops at UT at the same time.
Older sister Addison plays volleyball at South Alabama.
Chose Tennessee over NC State, Clemson, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.
Enjoys playing golf and going to the lake.
Currently pursuing exploratory academic track.
