2019 TRACK AND FIELD
Indoor
- Ran the 5000m for the first time in two years at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/9), finishing fourth in 15:29.65
- Clocked a season-best 8:58.18 in the 3000m at the UT-Indiana Duals (1/5), placing 10th
2018 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran in five meets as a junior, scoring in two of them for the Vols
- Led the B team at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite, breaking 25 minutes in an 8K for the first time while placing 16th in the open division in 24:58.2
- Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:12.56 at the SEC championships, placing 51st overall and sixth among Tennessee runners.
- Placed 50th/6th team at the NCAA South Regional in the 10K (32:49.5).
2018 TRACK AND FIELD
Indoor
- Took 28th in the 3000m (8:46.52) at Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational (1/27)
- Finished 10th in the 3000m (8:47.28) at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual (1/6)
Outdoor
- Placed sixth at the Tennessee Challenge (5/5) in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.29
2017 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran in five of UT's six cross country meets
- Ran 32:58.30 10K and finished 78th at NCAA South Regional (11/10)
- Finished 42nd in 25:10.40 at SEC Championship (10/27)
- Ran career-best 8K time at Pre-Nationals (10/14), finishing 42nd in the Black race in 25:05.50
- Placed 24th with time of 26:08.70 in 8K at Bulldog SEC Preview (9/9)
- Opened season with fifth-place showing in the 4-mile race in Tennessee-Louisville Dual (9/2), clocking in at 20:41.08
2017 TRACK AND FIELD
Indoors
- Took 25th place in the men's 5000m competition as he crossed the line in 15:23.46
- Claimed ninth place with a new personal best 3000m time of 8:42.21 at the VT "Doc Hale" Elite Meet
- Posted a sixth-place finish in the 5000m with a time of 15:14.39 at the Commodore Invitational
- Recorded a 3000m time of 9:00.53 in his first collegiate meet at the Indiana-Tennessee Dual
2016 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran his first 10K as a Vol at the NCAA South Regional Competition with a time of 32:35.9
- Ran the SEC Championship 8K race in 26:47.20 and finished fifth for Tennessee
- Finished in sixth place for the Big Orange at the Crimson Classic with a time of 26:39.80
- Recorded a personal record at the Greater Louisville Classic 8K (25:31.64)
- Named SEC Freshman of the Week after competing in the Commodore Classic
- Competed at the Commodore Classic, placing third for the Vols (26:12.50)
- Ran unattached at the Tennessee Dual and earned 10th, running the 4-mile race in a time of 21:35.00
