- Competed in three meets during her first semester with the Vols
- Top times in three of those meets: 3 mile at the Louisville dual meet (19.49.89 - 19th overall/11th team); 4K at the Pre-SEC meet (14.35.22 - 33rd/8th) and the 6K at the Blazer Classic (23:52.10 - 80th/11th)

- Siblings: James, Emily, Paul and Matthew
- Three older siblings competed in U.S. Olympic Trials in three different sports: James (swimming - 100 & 200 butterfly), Emily (diving - 10m platform) and Paul (trampoline gymnastics)
- In 2018, placed second in the 3200m (11:57.75) at the TSSAA State Track and Field Championships for D-I Small Schools; at the regional, won the 3200m (11:51.23) and took third in the 1600m (5:34.87) and seventh in the 800m (2:34.05)
- Excelled in cross country as well, placing fifth in the Knoxville Interscholastic League 5K (19:07)
