2024-25 - JUNIOR
- Top times from season: 50 free (22.57), 100 free (49.24), 200 free (1:46.97), 500 free (4:53.30).
- Competed in the 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free at the 2025 SEC Championships.
- Took third place in the 500 free against Alabama (1/11/25), touching the wall in 4:53.30.
- Swam in three individual events and four relays at the Tennessee Invite (11/19-22/24), placing 10th in the 50 free and 100 free.
2023-24 - SOPHOMORE
- Top times from season: 50 free (22.60), 100 free (49.14), 200 free (1:45.45) and 500 free (4:43.36).
- Earned points for the Lady Vols in all three of her events at the SEC Championships (2/19-24/24), with her best finish coming in the 500 free at 13th with a mark of 4:44.72.
- Swam in the 400 free relay that tallied a first-place finish with a mark of 3:15.17 in a dual meet against No. 25 LSU (1/27/24), completing the third leg in 23.17.
- Competed in the Tennessee Invite (11/15-17/23) and placed 12th in the 500 free, 400 free, and 200 free.
- Was a member of the 400 free relay squad that finished first with a total time of 3:23.24 against No. 25 Texas A&M.
- Opened her season against No. 3 Louisville (10/12/23), swimming in the 100 and 200 LCM free as well as the 200 LCM free relay.
2022-23 - FRESHMAN
- Top times from season: 50 free (22.54), 100 free (49.60), 200 free (1:46.66) and 500 free (4:44.05), 200 fly (2:03.00).
- Was a member of the squad that won silver in the 800 free relay during the 2023 SEC Championship with the sixth-fastest time in UT history (6:58.26).
- Apart of the group that placed eighth in the 200 free relay at the 2023 SEC Championships with a time of 1:29.30
- Against Georgia (1/21/23), took home third-place in the 50 free with a time of 23.18.
- Earned first place in the 200 fly during the meet against Carson Newman (1/19/23) with a personal best time of 2:03.00.
- Touched the wall for second place during the 50 free (23.49) as well as both the 100 free (50.93) and 200 free (1:49.76) while competing against Missouri (1/7/23).
- Posted the top time in the 200 free with a mark of 1:48.79 against Louisville (10/20/22).
- During her first collegiate debut Julia placed second in both the 200 free (1:51.56) and 500 free (5:03.30) vs Wilmington (10/1/22).
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Top times prior to Tennessee: 50 free (22.65), 100 free (49.31), 200 free (1:46.93), 500 free (4:50.29)
- Top-ranked swimmer in the state of Tennessee for the class of 2022.
- Qualified for the Philips 66 National Championships, where she advanced to the finals in both the 100 free and 200 free.
- Was the Tennessee high school state champion in both events as a senior.
- Swam for Maryville High School, where she was coached by two-time Olympic gold medalist and former Tennessee assistant coach Jenna Johnson.
