SB Preview: #3 Lady Vols Close Regular Season at Home Against #24 Kentucky

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The third-ranked Lady Vols close out the 2024 regular season this Thursday-Saturday, May 2-4 at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium against No. 24 Kentucky.
Tennessee (37-9, 16-5 SEC) holds a one-game lead over Texas A&M in the SEC standings entering the final weekend as UT looks to capture consecutive SEC titles for the first time in program history.

With the series win at Alabama, the Lady Vols made history by winning their eighth straight conference series – the longest SEC series win streak in program history.
Dating to May 7-8, 2022, UT has won 15 of its 16 SEC series – holding a league record of 38-10. That run includes sweeps of Auburn (2022), Ole Miss, LSU, Kentucky and Florida in 2023, with sweeps of Missouri and South Carolina this season.
