All tickets for Tennessee Softball games are digital and can be accessed through a mobile device to improve security, reduce the risk of ticket fraud and offer added convenience. Fans also enjoy the flexibility of being able to immediately transfer tickets to friends or family members. It is essentially the same as baseball!

Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite gameday entry:
- Access tickets through the Tennessee Athletics app or an All Vols Account Manager account at least 48 hours prior to the event.
- Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Make sure the mobile phone is fully charged.
- Have the ticket displayed and ready to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that fans send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately. If there are multiple tickets on an account for the group, swipe left on the barcode after scanning to access the additional tickets.
- Reference the seat location on the ticket to access a seat(s).
- Turn the screen brightness to its highest level for easier scanning.

As improvements are underway to Sherri Parker Lee Stadium (SPL) and surrounding areas this season, fans will notice that parking near SPL is extremely limited this year. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as upgrades are being made to enhance the gameday experience and ensure our program continues to compete at the highest level nationally. Please note that these are challenges only for the 2026 season, and we look forward to delivering an enhanced gameday experience for Lady Vol Nation in 2027 and beyond!
Parking on Stephenson Drive
Parking is available for FREE on Stephenson Drive on a first-come, first-serve basis for all games this season in Lot CR25 to the south of Regal Soccer Stadium and along Stephenson Drive, parallel to the train tracks. (see parking map).
Free Overflow Parking & Shuttle from the Ag Campus
When parking has been filled to capacity on Stephenson Drive, fans will be directed to park for FREE at the Ag Campus in Lot CC1. If Lot CC1 reaches capacity, overflow parking will be available in the G7 Garage near the Allan Jones Aquatics Center.
Regardless of whether fans park at Lot CC1 or G7 Garage, a FREE shuttle will pick up fans pregame and drop them off postgame on the corner of Joe Johnson Dr & River Dr, adjacent to Lot CC1. The shuttle will drop off fans in front of Joan Cronan Volleyball Center on Stephenson Drive pregame, and will pick up fans at the same location postgame.
ADA Shuttles
ADA shuttles will also be available from the Ag Campus, picking up fans pregame and dropping them off postgame at the corner of Joe Johnson Dr & River Dr. The shuttle will drop off fans pregame and pick them up postgame at the main entrance of Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
All shuttles will begin running 2 hours prior to first pitch and will stop running once the stadium has been cleared by Event Staff following the conclusion of the game (approximately 45-60 minutes after the game).
Bus & RV Parking
Reserved bus parking & RV Parking is only available by pre-arrangement with the UT Parking Services office by calling (865) 974-6031. Please note that there is no reserved bus parking available on Stephenson Drive.
The University of Tennessee is not responsible for damages caused by softballs.
ÂVisiting Sherri Parker Lee Stadium
Stadium Guidelines
Gates at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium (SPL) open 60 minutes before the scheduled first pitch. There is no re-entry to SPL. In order to leave and re-enter, spectators must have an unused ticket or purchase another ticket.
Starting this season, Sherri Parker Lee Stadium is now a cashless venue. Fans should be prepared at all concession stands, ticket office, Vol Shop or any retail locations within SPL.

Lost & Found
If a lost item has been turned in, it can be retrieved from the Athletic Event Management Office at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way Suite 230 the following business day.
