KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – On Sunday, the Goodfriend Tennis Center plays host to a top-25 matchup as the No. 25-ranked Tennessee women's tennis team welcomes No. 16-ranked Wake Forest.
First serve between the Lady Vols (4-1) and the Demon Deacons (2-1) is slated for noon ET inside the Goodfriend Tennis Center.
All home matches played inside the Goodfriend Tennis Center will be conducted without fans per SEC COVID-19 protocols. Information regarding fans at outdoor matches played at Barksdale Stadium will be announced at a later date.

Last Time Out: The Lady Vols competed in the ITA Kickoff Weekend, dropping a hard-fought match to No. 10-ranked Virginia 4-1 then blanking Syracuse 4-0.
In the Series: Wake Forest holds a 16-14 advantage over UT all-time in women's tennis dating back to 1982. The Lady Vols claimed the most recent meeting in 2017 4-1 in Knoxville.
While the Deacons hold the all-time advantage, the Lady Vols hold a 9-5 advantage on Rocky Top.
Starting Fast: UT has claimed all five doubles points in 2021.
Highlighting doubles play in dual match competition is the duo of junior Daria Kuczer and freshman Esther Adeshina. At the No. 2 doubles position, the pair are 5-0 in duals and ride a six-match winning streak dating back to Jan. 15th heading into the weekend.
Special Singles: Kuczer and junior Tenika McGiffin both head into the weekend undefeated in dual-match play.
McGiffin holds a 3-0 record in dual matches this season, winning matches at the No. 1 and No. 3 position. Kuczer is 4-0 with wins at the No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 spots.
