Tennessee Closes Out Weekend at Princeton, Milwaukee and South Carolina

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Giles Hussey and Finn Stodder won the Rockefeller flight, 8-1, over Penn's Gupta/Zucker at the Princeton Farnsworth-Ivy Plus, highlighting Tennessee's performance over the weekend.
PRINCETON FARNSWORTH-IVY PLUS
Hussey and Stodder added to their successful Sunday with singles wins – Hussey beat Payam Ahmadi (Indiana), 6-1, 6-2, while Stodder won over Columbia's Ben Gollin, 7-6 (7), 6-1. Hussey finished his weekend with a 6-1 record.
Jordan Chrysostom and Scott Jones placed third in the Whitman flight after defeating Shatalin/Zhu from Penn, 8-7 (5). In singles, Chrysostom knocked off Bo Leschly, 6-2, 6-3.
Jones won his singles match on Sunday, beating Kevin Huempfner (Kentucky) in three sets, 2-6, 6-4, 10-2.
Mason Meier played doubles and singles on Sunday, falling in doubles, 4-8, and in singles, 1-6, 6-7 (5).
MILWAUKEE CLASSIC
In the 44th annual Milwaukee Classic, Martim Prata won twice on Sunday to win the consolation final. He defeated Luke Smrek from Marquette, 6-1, 6-4, before advancing to face No. 67 Guillermo Cabrera from Notre Dame. Prata beat Cabrera in three sets, 6-3, 1-6, 10-8.
Junior Mark Wallner closed out his weekend with a three-set battle against Patrick Kaukovalta (Alabama). Wallner took the first set, 6-3, but dropped the second, 3-6, before falling in the third, 11-13.
GAMECOCK FALL INVITATIONAL
Down in South Carolina, Andrew Rogers defeated Alabama's Jeremy Gschwendtner, 4-6, 6-2, 6-2, in singles. In doubles, he paired with Adam Walton but the UT duo fell to Texas' Harper/Huang, 8-4, in the finals of the White draw.
Walton suffered just his second singles loss of the fall, dropping a match to Ewan Moore (Tulane), 2-6, 6-2, 3-6, in the finals of the Black draw.
