- Helped lead McDonogh High School to three IAAM Championships
- Was a NSCAA Fall High School Girls' All-American in 2012 and 2013 and was also a two-time all-state, all-conference and all-region selection
- The Baltimore Sun named her its 2013 Player of the Year after she tallied 20 goals and 13 assists to lead McDonogh to the state title
- Completed her four-year high school career with 55 goals and 25 assists
- Also ran varsity winter track and played JV lacrosse at McDonogh

- Says her cousin is one of her biggest sports influences because he always attended her games and taught her new skills. Since his playing career ended, she plays for him.
- Modeled her game after Mia Hamm early on, but currently looks up to USWNT legend Abby Wambach
- Has a lucky hair-tie she wears every game
- Parents are Chris and Colleen Bialczak
- Has two younger siblings, Russell and Kate Bialczak
