CAREER HONORS
- SEC First Year Honor Roll -- 2019
2018-19 Freshman
- Guided the 2V4 boat to a second-place finish against Alabama with a time of 6:59.3 in Oak Ridge.
- Part of the 2V4 crew that placed first and second at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.
- Took first in the Women’s Collegiate Novice 8+ at the Secret City Head Race, making it down the course in 20:28.5.
- Daughter of Kelly and Thomas Esslinger
- Born on March 9, 2000
- Finished high school at top 10 percent of her graduating class, was also part of the National Honors Society and a Beta Club member
- Majoring in Political Science and Economics
- Wants to hold a national public office and be able to have an impact on the legislative process
- Competed in cross country and track during high school
- Qualified for state as an individual in cross country in her senior year
- Chose Tennessee because it felt most like home
