Outdoor- Raced around the track in the 400-meter outdoor at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (4/19), notching a lifetime-best 50.68 and improving her mark as the No.3 performer in school history and finishing fourth at the meet.
- Member of the 4x400 meter relay at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (4/19), that earned a season-best time of 3:29.73 and secured eighth place at the meet and fifth among collegiate teams.
- Created a new season-best with a victory of 3:31.54 in the women's 4x400m relay at the Tennessee Invite (4/5)
- Claimed first in the 4x400m with a time of 3:32.87 at the USF Alumni Invite (3/22)
- Earned Tennessee’s 10th All-America honor in the women’s indoor 400-meter dash at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/14) and set a school record with a time of 3:27.25 in the women’s 4x400-meter relay, securing a fourth-place national finish

Outdoor
- Represented the Bahamas at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games (8/2), competing in the 4x400-meter mixed relay and helping her country place 13th in the field
- Won the 2024 Bahamian Championships (6/28) 400-meter final with a time of 52.32 seconds
- Led off the Lady Vols' NCAA runner-up 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/8), finishing second in the national final with a school-record time of 3:23.32
- Punched her individual ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/6) in the 400-meter dash and collected Second Team All-America status in the event, placing 16th with a time of 51.99
- Ran the opening leg of Tennessee's title-winning 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11), clocking in at a school record of 3:24.44
- Helped the Lady Vol 4x400-meter relay team bring home gold at the Desert Heat Classic (4/27), running a facility record time of 3:28.53

Outdoor
- Competed at six outdoor meets during her rookie campaign, including qualifying for the NCAA Championships (6/7) in the 400-meter dash
- At the NCAA East Prelims (5/27), ran a time of 52.31 to finish 10th in the 400-meter dash quarterfinals and qualify for the national meet
- Helped Tennessee qualify for nationals in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA East Prelims (5/27) as the Lady Vols finished fifth in 3:32.08
- Ran in the 4x400-meter relay and the 400-meter prelims at the SEC Championships (5/13), running the leadoff leg in a bronze medal-winning performance in the 4x400m (3:29.98)
- Represented the Bahamas at the CARIFTA Games (4/8) and picked up a silver medal in the 400-meter with a Tennessee freshman record time of 52.12
- Also helped the Bahamas win a CARITFTA Games (4/9) title in the 4x400-meter mixed relay, clocking in at 3:24.62
- In her outdoor collegiate debut, ran a time of 53.73 in the 400-meter to place second at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1)
Indoor
- Competed in three indoor meets during her debut season with the Lady Vols
- At the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/11), set an indoor personal best in the 400-meter with a time of 53.33 to finish 21st overall
- Posted an indoor personal-best time of 24.51 in the 200m at the Bob Pollock Invitational (1/28) and won the 400m with a mark of 53.67
- Ran a time of 54.24 in the 400-meter at the Clemson Invite (1/13) during her Tennessee debut and helped the Lady Vols finish third in the 4x400-meter relay
HIGH SCHOOL
- Originally from Nassau, Bahamas and ran track at Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida, during the 2022 indoor and outdoor seasons
- 2022 U20 World Championships qualifier for the Bahamas, reaching the semifinal and turning in a time of 54.89 to finish 8th in her heat
- Competed at the Bahamas Championships in June of 2022 and finished third in the 400-meter dash with a mark of 55.24 to qualify for the U20 World Championships
- Won the 2022 FHSAA Outdoor State Finals championship in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.33 during her senior season
- Competed at the 2022 Adidas Track Indoor Nationals in the 400-meter and finished sixth in 56.37
- Her high school PR of 54.30 ranked third in the state of Florida at 39th nationally during the 2022 outdoor season
- Ranked top-5 in the state of Florida and top-30 nationally during the 2022 indoor season with times of 39.40 and 55.79 in the 300- and 400-meter dashes
- At 16 years old, competed at the 2021 Bahamas Championships and finished 7th in the 400-meter final with a time of 57.11
- Represented her country at the 2019 CARIFTA Games in George Town, Cayman Islands, and finished seventh in the 400-meter dash (57.09)
