- Appeared in the 50 free, 100 breast, and 200 breast
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Set three personal-best times, a NCAA B Cut time in the 200 backstroke (1:43.01), and posted the seventh-fastest 100 breaststroke time in Tennessee history (52.94)
- Best regular season times: 50 freestyle (20.07), 100 free (44.98), and 200 breast (1:59.16)

SEC MEET RECAP
- Scored points for the Vols in the 50 freestyle, finishing 21st in 20.03
- Also finished 29th in the 100 breast (54.69) and 41st in the 100 free (44.84)
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Competed in five meets during the regular season
- Won his first career race at a dual meet at a critical moment; he won the 50 free in 20.12 at Georgia to spark a 1-2-3-4 Vol finish in the event, helping Tennessee eventually come back to tie the meet 150-150 in the final race.
- Broke 20 seconds in the 50 free at the Last Chance Meet to conclude the season, swimming in 19.87; also swam a career-best 53.50 in the 100 breast
2016-17 - SOPHOMORE
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Competed in five meets during the fall semester and top times included: 21.01 in the 50 freestyle (Louisville), 47.20 in the 100 freestyle (Louisville) and 59.48 in the 100 breaststroke (NC State GAC Invite).
2015-16 - FRESHMAN
SEC RECAP
- Swam three events at first career SEC Championships, placing 39th in the 50 freestyle (20.71), 52nd in the 100 freestyle (46.40) and 31st in the 100 breaststroke (55.89).
- His times in the 100 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke were career bests.
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Best time in the 50 freestyle came at the Tennessee Invitational to end the fall season (20.65).
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Placed first at the 2013-2014 Georgia State Championships in the 50-yard freestyle, posting a quick time of 20.51 seconds.
- Powers was the third place finisher at the 2014-15 Georgia State Championships in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 45.91 seconds.
