FALL SEASON
- Posted a 3-0 singles record at the Fighting Illini Invitational, along with a doubles win with Adam Walton.
- Began his Tennessee career at the Knoxville Showdown (9/10/21-9/12/21), where he picked up his first collegiate singles victory.
SPRING SEASON
- Earned a victory in his 10-point third-set tiebreak over Alabama's (4/15/22) Zach Foster at No. 6 singles, winning 6-7(0), 6-2, 1-0 (10-8).
- Dominated Arkansas' (4/1/22) #67 Aleksa Bucan at No. 6 singles to earn the first ranked singles win of his career, winning all but three games in a 6-0, 6-3 victory.
- Claimed the first SEC singles win of his career, battling back to defeat Miguel Perez Peña of Georgia (3/20/22) in three sets, 1-6, 6-3, 6-3.
- Appearing at the No. 6 singles slot vs. Charlotte (2/12/22), Gannon defeated Vasco Prata, 6-7(1), 7-6(5), 1-0(10-5) to give Tennessee its seventh point in a sweep of the 49ers.
- Made the first dual match doubles appearance of his UT career, cruising to a 6-0 victory over Charlotte's Vannemreddy and Thomson alongside Johannus Monday.
- Clinched match point for the Vols in each of his first two career dual matches, doing so in the 2022 dual season-opener against ETSU (1/12/22). He defeated Francisco Lamas 6-1, 6-2 in the day's first match and 6-0, 6-1 in the second match, each at the No. 6 singles position.

- Is the first-ever Irishman to suit up for the Orange & White. Is a native of Foxrock, Dublin, Ireland.
- Ireland's top-ranked junior player, earning four Irish national titles at both the under-16 and under-18 levels, with trophies coming in both indoor and outdoor tournaments.
- For his country, Gannon represented Ireland in the annual Four Nations event at the under-12, under-14 and under-18 level.
- Holds eight ITF junior titles, with three coming in singles and five in doubles play.
