Outdoor- Ran the 5000m at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11) and finished with a time of 14:07.40Â
- Achieved a first place victory in the mile with a time of 4:02.26 at the APP State Open (4/27)Â
- Lowered his personal best time in the 1500m with a time of 3:41.58 at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19), shaving three seconds off of his previous recordÂ
- Placed first in the 1500m at the Tennessee Invite (4/6) and achieved another personal best time of 3:44.26Â
- Competed in the 5000m at th Raleigh Relays (3/30) and recorded a new personal best time of 13:55.09
Indoor
- Ran the Mile at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24) with a time of 4:04.58
- Competed in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24) and placed in the top five with a time of 9:40.50Â
- Placed fifth in the mile with a personal best time of 4:00.18 at the Music City Challenge (2/10), becoming the No. 4 performer in school history
- Achieved a time of 4:02.21 in the mile at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/27)
- Made his Tennessee track debut at the Commodore Challenge and placed fourth with a time of 4:02.39 (1/13)
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Crossed the line in 24:32.5 at the XC Pre-Nationals (10/14) for a new 8k personal best
- Recorded a time of 18:38.9 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16) to place 15th
- Made Tennessee debut at home in the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational (9/1), placing 21st with a time of 20:52.3
2023Â TRACK & FIELD (at Illinois-Springfield)
Outdoor- Won both the 800 and 1500 at the GLVC T&F Championships (5/4)
- Podium finish at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13), accomplishing the 10,000 metre in 29:24.10
- Won the Falmes Invitational (4/7) and Syamore Open (4/29)
- Captured second at the Millikin Alumni Invite (4/1), completing the 800 in 2:00.13
- Crossed the line in 29:43.53 at the Raleigh Relays (3/23)
- Won both the Mile and 3000 meter at the GLVC Indoor T&F Championships (2/25)
- Came in second at the Illinois College Hilltop Invite (2/17), with a time of 4:11.21
- Set a persnal record in the 3000 metre at the GVSU Big Meet (2/10)
- Broke a personal record in the mile at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic (1/27)
- Placed second at the Bellarmine Open (1/20), registering a time of 4:09.04
2022 CROSS COUNTRYÂ (at Illinois-Springfield)
- Set a new personal record in the 10,000 metre at the NCAA DII XC Championships (12/2)
- Placed 12th at the GLVC XC Championships (11/5), with a time of 25:40.5
- Finished the 8k in 24:41.4 at the UAH DII Festival Year Showcase (10/22)
2022 TRACK & FIELDÂ (at Illinois-Springfield)
Outdoor- Competed in nine meetsÂ
- Hit a NCAA qualifying mark in the 10,000m, and finished with the 48th fastest time in the nation
- Had five individual top-10 finishesÂ
- Was runner-up in the 1,500m at the Jim Vargo Invitational (4/8)
- At the GLVC Championships (5/5), finished ninth in the 5,000m and 14th in the 10,000m
- Earned All-GLVC Honors
- Hit a NCAA qualifying mark in the mile run, and finished with the 80th fastest time in the nation
- Competed in six meets and had four individual top-10 finishes
- At the GLVC Championships (2/25), was fifth in the mileÂ
- Member of the all-GLVC distance medley relay team which was GLVC runner-ups
- Won the mile run at the Hilltop Invite (2/18), with a time of 4:13.88
