Outdoor
- Ran on the men's 4xMile at the 126th Penn Relays, setting a time of 16:46.52 (4/30)
- Set a second personal best at Auburn, running 1:53.32 in the 800m (4/16)
- Clocked a PB in the 1,500m at the War Eagle Invite at 3:48.04, finishing fifth in the race (4/15)
Indoor
- Placed 34th in the 3,000m at the SEC Indoor Championships at 8:29.69 (2/26)
- Went a personal-best time in the men's mile at the Music City Challenge, running 4:08.33 (2/11)
- Ran on the men's DMR at the season opening Virginia Tech Invite, winning the event in 9:59.25 (1/14)
2021 CROSS COUNTRY
- Placed 79th at the NCAA South Regional, finishing the 10K in a personal-best 31:54.1 (11/12)
- Finished the SEC Championship meet in 25:15.5 and came in 60th overall (10/29)
- Ran a career-best four-mile at the Tennessee Invitational of 20:42.6 and placing fourth overall (9/3)
2021 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Clocked a time of 3:51.24 in the 1,500-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/25)
- Made his outdoor debut for Tennessee at the Tiger Track Classic (3/19-3/20), competing in the 1,500-meter run and recording his first career individual victory as a collegiate athlete with a time of 3:49.35, as well as a personal best time of 1:55.20 over 800 meters
Indoor
- Placed third in the mile at Clemson University's Bob Pollock Meet (1/29) with a personal best of 4:09.05
- Shaved three seconds off his 3,000-meter PR at the Commodore Indoor (1/16) with a time of 8:44.04
2020 CROSS COUNTRY
- Earned a spot on the Freshman All-SEC team as the sixth rookie across the finish line at the SEC Championships (10/30)
- Scored for the Vols in his XC postseason debut, placing 37th at the SEC meet with a time of 25:07.0
- Making his official Tennessee cross country debut at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (10/3), ran an 8K time of 24:24.2 to finish 18th overall and third on the team
2020 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor
- Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis
Indoor
- Helped the Vols finish fifth in the DMR at the SEC Championships (2/14) with a time of 9:45.91, running his 800m split in 1:53.50
- Ran his first indoor 3K at the SEC meet (2/29), crossing the finish line in 8:47.54
- Turned in the fastest indoor 800m of his career with a mark of 1:54.57 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15)
- Helped the Vols run a season-best 9:58.21 in the distance medley relay, placing 2nd at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/14)
- Ran a 4:18.57 for 15th place in the men's mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17)
- Took 5th place in the mile at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11) with a time of 4:23.05 in his college track debut
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
- Made his career debut at the Tennessee Tri-Star Cross Country Challenge (8/30), where he ran unattached and placed 7th with a time of 21:46.66.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
- Middle distance specialist out of Beavercreek High School in Beavercreek, Ohio
- 2019 Ohio state champion in the 1600m
