MATCH CENTRAL: Tennessee at Chattanooga (Exhibition)

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - The Tennessee soccer team is headed to the Scenic City for the first of two preseason exhibition matches, squaring off with in-state foe Chattanooga in a 6 p.m. ET contest at Finley Stadium Wednesday night.

Gates will open one hour prior to the 6 p.m. ET kickoff. All fans must enter through the South Gate. Admission is free and concessions are available.
LAST TIME WE MET: The Lady Vols played the Mocs during the regular season last year on Aug. 18, coming out with a shutout win, 2-0. Tennessee's all-time head-to-head record against Chattanooga currently stands at 7-0.
NEW FACES: Tennessee added eight newcomers over the offseason with seven field players and one goalkeeper. Five are true freshman as the other trio arrive as transfers with SEC experience.
BACK AGAIN: UT returns 15 letterwinners and nine starters from the 2024 team that advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth consecutive season.
SCOUTING UTC: The Mocs return 17 starters and welcome 10 newcomers. Last season, UTC compiled an overall record of 7-9-3 along with a SoCon record of 5-4-0.
UP NEXT: The Big Orange will host Clemson at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday in its final tuneup before regular season play where Tennessee welcomes defending national champion, No. 1 North Carolina, to Rocky Top on Aug. 14 at 7 p.m. ET.
